U. D. por encontrarlo penalmente responsable del delito de incumplimiento de las obligaciones de asistencia familiar, denunciado por su ex pareja, en representaci\u00f3n de sus tres hijos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Durante la audiencia celebrada en el Centro de Justicia Oral de M\u00e9rida, la Fiscal\u00eda present\u00f3 las pruebas periciales, documentales y testimoniales, que permitieron a los integrantes del tribunal emitir el citado fallo y se le conden\u00f3 a un a\u00f1o de prisi\u00f3n y 20 d\u00edas de multa, as\u00ed como el pago de m\u00e1s de un mill\u00f3n 400 mil pesos en concepto de reparaci\u00f3n del da\u00f1o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-52942 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/MANUTENCION.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"636\" height=\"318\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Adem\u00e1s de la pena privativa de la libertad, el sentenciado recibi\u00f3 amonestaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica, se le suspendieron sus derechos pol\u00edticos y por \u00faltimo se cit\u00f3 para el pr\u00f3ximo 15 de enero para la lectura y explicaci\u00f3n de sentencia<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">De acuerdo con la indagatoria realizada, se estableci\u00f3 que la denunciante y el imputado mantuvieron una relaci\u00f3n sentimental, de la cual procrearon tres hijos y tras separarse en 2012, se estableci\u00f3 que el sentenciado deb\u00eda pagar una pensi\u00f3n mensual de 15 mil pesos, al igual que hacerse cargo tanto de los gastos escolares, m\u00e9dicos y recreativos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La investigaci\u00f3n se\u00f1ala que desde aquella fecha hasta el d\u00eda de hoy solo ha realizado dos dep\u00f3sitos, por lo que se present\u00f3 la denuncia correspondiente que se desahog\u00f3 bajo la causa penal 88\/2018, en el Juzgado Primero de
