{"id":56062,"date":"2021-02-03T14:30:55","date_gmt":"2021-02-03T20:30:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=56062"},"modified":"2021-02-09T13:08:10","modified_gmt":"2021-02-09T19:08:10","slug":"yucatan-el-tercer-estado-mejor-calificado-en-desarrollo-social","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/yucatan-el-tercer-estado-mejor-calificado-en-desarrollo-social\/","title":{"rendered":"Yucat\u00e1n, el tercer estado mejor calificado en desarrollo social"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">M\u00e9rida, Yucat\u00e1n; 3 de febrero de 2021 (ACOM).- Yucat\u00e1n fue el tercer estado con mayor desarrollo social en 2020, seg\u00fan una evaluaci\u00f3n que realiza el organismo civil \u00abM\u00e9xico, \u00bfc\u00f3mo vamos?\u00bb y el organismo internacional Social Progress Imperative.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Al presentar cifras de la evaluaci\u00f3n anual, nuestro estado report\u00f3 71.1 en la medici\u00f3n de desarrollo social, solo por debajo de Nuevo Le\u00f3n y Sinaloa que alcanzaron 72.8 y 71.3, respectivamente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Seg\u00fan los resultados del \u00cdndice de Progreso Social (IPS) 2020, el pa\u00eds no mostr\u00f3 un avance significativo, lo que denota que el nivel de bienestar a nivel nacional no progres\u00f3. Sin embargo, algunas entidades elevaron sus condiciones de bienestar para la poblaci\u00f3n, lo que permite establecer una mejora en sus necesidades y requerimientos para sus habitantes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-56063 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/Desarrollo-social-Yucatan.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En t\u00e9rminos del bienestar social, 18 estados se ubican por encima del promedio nacional, incluyendo Nuevo Le\u00f3n, Sinaloa, Yucat\u00e1n y Coahuila; 14 se ubican por debajo, entre ellos Chiapas, Oaxaca, Guerrero y Veracruz.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El IPS permite identificar los retos que enfrenta cada estado y hacer un diagn\u00f3stico puntual de las necesidades a nivel regional. Esta evaluaci\u00f3n se realiz\u00f3 por segundo a\u00f1o consecutivo en M\u00e9xico midiendo 55 variables que permite cuantificar la eficacia con la que el \u00e9xito econ\u00f3mico de un pa\u00eds se traduce en progreso social.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Las 55 variables consideradas para el estudio se dividen en tres dimensiones -Necesidades Humanas B\u00e1sicas, Fundamentos del Bienestar, y Oportunidades-, y 12 pilares \u2013como Salud y Bienestar, Libertad Personal y de Elecci\u00f3n, Inclusi\u00f3n y Seguridad Personal-.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La muestra se realiz\u00f3 con datos recabados de fuentes oficiales entre 2017 y 2020, muestran el panorama en M\u00e9xico previo a la llegada de la pandemia de COVID-19, al tiempo que reafirman la disparidad regional. Estados como Nuevo Le\u00f3n, Yucat\u00e1n, Coahuila y CDMX se vuelven a colocar dentro de las 5 primeras posiciones del \u00edndice, mientras que Chiapas, Oaxaca y Guerrero vuelven a ocupar los \u00faltimos 3 lugares<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El \u00cdndice de Progreso Social confirma que existe una correlaci\u00f3n entre los ingresos de un estado (medidos por el PIB per c\u00e1pita) y el bienestar social de su poblaci\u00f3n. A\u00fan m\u00e1s, demuestra que los estados no siempre aprovechan sus recursos de manera eficiente; la CDMX, por ejemplo, tiene el mayor PIB per c\u00e1pita (sin miner\u00eda petrolera), pero ocupa el quinto lugar en el ranking de progreso social.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Finalmente, existe una relaci\u00f3n directa entre el \u00cdndice de Progreso Social y el nivel de pobreza laboral en cada estado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A nivel estatal, los resultados indican que 22 entidades no mostraron avances ni retrocesos en el puntaje, con variaciones menores al 1% en su calificaci\u00f3n; ocho mostraron incrementos en el puntaje, resaltando Baja California Sur que pas\u00f3 de la posici\u00f3n 25 a la 13, Tlaxcala de la 26 a la 19 y Sinaloa de la 7 a la 2.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En los 22 estados que no presentaron ni mejoras y retrocesos viven 7 de cada 10 mexicanos (68% de la poblaci\u00f3n), y en los dos estados en los que se observan retrocesos vive el 3% de la poblaci\u00f3n. Solo 3 de cada 10 mexicanos vieron alg\u00fan grado de mejora en el progreso social, dejando a 7 de cada 10 en estados donde no mejor\u00f3 su bienestar seg\u00fan el IPS.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Seg\u00fan indica este muestreo, mucho ingreso no garantiza bienestar. De esta forma, Campeche es el estado con mayor riqueza por habitante (PIB per c\u00e1pita) a nivel nacional, debido principalmente a su industria petrolera, que aporta 7 de cada 10 pesos con los que cuenta el estado (74% del PIB estatal); sin embargo, este alto nivel de ingreso per c\u00e1pita no se traduce en buenos resultados de progreso
