{"id":57667,"date":"2021-02-24T09:30:07","date_gmt":"2021-02-24T15:30:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=57667"},"modified":"2021-02-25T12:51:55","modified_gmt":"2021-02-25T18:51:55","slug":"erroneo-el-75-del-calculo-de-la-asf-sobre-naicm-hacienda","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/erroneo-el-75-del-calculo-de-la-asf-sobre-naicm-hacienda\/","title":{"rendered":"Err\u00f3neo, el 75% del c\u00e1lculo de la ASF sobre NAICM: Hacienda"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ciudad de M\u00e9xico; 24 de febrero de 2021 (El Economista).- Arturo Herrera, titular de la Secretar\u00eda de Hacienda y Cr\u00e9dito P\u00fablico (SHCP), indic\u00f3 que, al menos, 75% del monto reportado por la Auditor\u00eda Superior de la Federaci\u00f3n (ASF) sobre el costo estimado de la cancelaci\u00f3n del Nuevo Aeropuerto Internacional de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico (NAICM) es err\u00f3neo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El monto que se dio a conocer el fin de semana pasado, por 331,996 millones de pesos, \u201csorprendi\u00f3 a propios y a extra\u00f1os\u201d, refiri\u00f3 Herrera en un video publicado en su cuenta de Twitter, ya que la cantidad reportada por la instituci\u00f3n a cargo de David Colmenares fue\u00a0mayor a los n\u00fameros que se hab\u00edan dado con anterioridad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00abNosotros entendemos y estamos muy conscientes de que siempre en toda auditor\u00eda, en cualquier reporte, puede haber discrepancias metodol\u00f3gicas (\u2026) pero este no es el caso. En el caso del reporte de la ASF fueron la no utilizaci\u00f3n de criterios contables b\u00e1sicos y financieros elementales. Eso es dif\u00edcil de entender en una instituci\u00f3n extraordinariamente experimentada. No sabemos bien a qu\u00e9 se debe, o hay un problema de preparaci\u00f3n b\u00e1sica o un problema de mala fe\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-57668 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/Herrera.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Explic\u00f3 que, en\u00a0el monto estimado, aparecen el costo de 34,027 millones de pesos por la liquidaci\u00f3n de la FIBRA-E, un instrumento que fue emitido en marzo del 2018, as\u00ed como la recompra de los bonos emitidos, por 50,887 millones de pesos, m\u00e1s la suma de los bonos en circulaci\u00f3n, por 168,455 millones de pesos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEl total de estos costos es por alrededor de 253,000 millones de pesos que representan 75% del costo asociado a la cancelaci\u00f3n que es reportado por la\u00a0ASF. Ninguno de estos costos existe\u201d, asever\u00f3.<\/p>\n<div id=\"M608638ScriptRootC1081836_0e22d\">\n<div id=\"MarketGidComposite1081836_0e22d\" data-mgloaded=\"true\">\n<div>\n<div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Herrera dijo que lo anterior se debe a que estos bonos ya hab\u00edan sido emitidos, de manera que ya eran parte de la deuda del estado mexicano. Los primeros bonos se emitieron en el 2016 y el 2017, mientras que la Fibra-E se emiti\u00f3 en marzo del 2018.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cHay un elemento adicional, y es un tema de contabilidad financiera muy b\u00e1sico, por lo cual estamos extraordinariamente sorprendidos de c\u00f3mo alg\u00fan auditor experimentado de la ASF haya cometido un error (\u2026) es un poco m\u00e1s complejo, es c\u00f3mo se calculan los costos cuando tienes gastos ejercidos un a\u00f1o y gastos que se pueden ejercer en el futuro\u201d, agreg\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En este sentido, inform\u00f3 que actualmente los bonos en circulaci\u00f3n son por alrededor de 84,000 millones de pesos, muy distinto a la cifra que report\u00f3 la\u00a0ASF, lo cual
