para tekaxe\u00f1o golpeador"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">M\u00e9rida, Yucat\u00e1n, 28 de febrero 2021.- Por el delito de violencia familiar, fue vinculado a proceso L.E.G.B., denunciado tras realizar actos cometidos en contra de su esposa, ocurridos el pasado 20 de febrero en un predio de la colonia Padre Eterno, en Tekax.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) aport\u00f3 los datos de prueba ante el Juzgado Primero de Control del Tercer Distrito Judicial, para solicitar se resolviera sobre la situaci\u00f3n legal del imputado, quien no present\u00f3 objeci\u00f3n y el Juez de Control, tras valorar lo expuesto por la Fiscal\u00eda, decret\u00f3 el auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-40557 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/JUECES_JUSTICIA-1.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"623\" height=\"467\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">De acuerdo con lo expuesto por la Fiscal\u00eda, sobre los datos reunidos en la causa penal 13\/2021, los hechos ocurrieron cuando el imputado ejerci\u00f3 actos abusivos de poder en agravio a su esposa, en el interior de un predio de la colonia se\u00f1alada, motivo por el cual fue detenido y turnado a la Fiscal\u00eda para la integraci\u00f3n de la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Finalmente, la Fiscal\u00eda present\u00f3 sus argumentos para solicitar la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada, misma que fue otorgada por la autoridad judicial y adem\u00e1s concedi\u00f3 un plazo de dos meses para el cierre de investigaci\u00f3n complementaria, tiempo
