despojo de cosa inmueble fue vinculado a proceso M.I.T.M., luego que la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) aport\u00f3 los datos de prueba que se\u00f1alan su participaci\u00f3n en el il\u00edcito denunciado por los hechos ocurridos en el ejido de Chuburn\u00e1 del municipio de esta ciudad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Conforme a la indagatoria realizada por los especialistas de la Fiscal\u00eda, los hechos iniciaron en julio de 2007, cuando el denunciante obtiene la propiedad plena del tablaje ubicado en el ejido antes mencionado, pero el 10 de febrero de 2019, cuando empleados del arquitecto que contrat\u00f3 se presentaron en la propiedad para iniciar un proyecto de construcci\u00f3n, descubri\u00f3 que \u00e9ste se encontraba ocupado por la encausada y otras dos personas, quienes se negaron en reiteradas ocasiones a desocupar el tablaje, por lo que se present\u00f3 la formal denuncia que deriv\u00f3 en la causa penal 20\/20.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-58401 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/Vinculada-a-proceso.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">En la audiencia celebrada en el Juez Primero de Control del Centro de Justicia Oral de M\u00e9rida, los fiscales de litigio aportaron los datos de prueba que obran en la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n y solicitaron resolver la situaci\u00f3n legal de la imputada, por lo que la autoridad judicial, tras valorarlos, decret\u00f3 el auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso y otorg\u00f3 un plazo de tres meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Antes de finalizar con la diligencia judicial, se ratificaron las medidas cautelares impuestas durante la audiencia inicial y que incluye la prohibici\u00f3n de salir del Estado y sometimiento al cuidado y vigilancia del Centro Estatal de Medidas
