de marzo de 2021.- Despu\u00e9s de valorar los datos de prueba aportados por la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE), J.S.Ch.C. fue vinculado a proceso por los delitos de violencia familiar y violaci\u00f3n de una orden de protecci\u00f3n, ambos denunciados tras los hechos ocurridos el pasado 28 de febrero en la localidad de Canek, comisar\u00eda de Tekax.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-53338 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/Carcel-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"586\" height=\"350\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Una vez que renunciaron al plazo para resolver la situaci\u00f3n legal del imputado, el Juez Primero de Control del Tercer Distrito Judicial valor\u00f3 los datos de prueba presentados por los fiscales de litigaci\u00f3n y decret\u00f3 el auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso, otorgando adem\u00e1s un tiempo de tres meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria, tiempo durante el cual se continuar\u00e1 con la indagatoria para obtener los datos necesarios que permitan definir la participaci\u00f3n del encausado en los hechos denunciados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Como se recordar\u00e1, durante la audiencia inicial se expuso que el d\u00eda de los hechos el imputado ingres\u00f3 a un predio de la localidad mencionada, donde habita su esposa e hijos, por lo que el imputado viol\u00f3 la orden de restricci\u00f3n que existe en su contra, para no acercarse a su esposa, adem\u00e1s de que ejerci\u00f3 actos abusivos en contra de la mujer, por lo que \u00e9sta pidi\u00f3 ayuda, logr\u00e1ndose la detenci\u00f3n de J.S.Ch.C., que fue turnado a la Fiscal\u00eda, donde se inici\u00f3 la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n que deriv\u00f3 en la causa penal 16\/2021.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Por \u00faltimo, antes de concluir la diligencia judicial, se ratific\u00f3 la medida cautelar impuesta durante la etapa inicial, que consiste en la prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada, misma que permanecer\u00e1 por todo el tiempo que dure el proceso.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Poco le import\u00f3 la orden de un
