General del Estado (FGE) formul\u00f3 la imputaci\u00f3n a J.C.G. por el delito de abuso sexual, denunciado por dos mujeres tras los hechos ocurridos en d\u00edas pasados en la colonia Trinidad de Peto, por lo que permanecer\u00e1 en prisi\u00f3n preventiva.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante la audiencia celebrada en el Centro de Justicia Oral de Tekax, el Juez Primero de Control del Tercer Distrito Judicial decret\u00f3 la legalidad en la detenci\u00f3n del encausado y a continuaci\u00f3n los fiscales de litigaci\u00f3n formularon la imputaci\u00f3n del delito y presentaron los datos de prueba para pedir la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de J.C.G. quien solicit\u00f3 la ampliaci\u00f3n del t\u00e9rmino legal para definir su condici\u00f3n jur\u00eddica, por lo que el Juez de Control estableci\u00f3 que la audiencia se reanude el pr\u00f3ximo 18 de marzo.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-59398 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/Prision-preventiva-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"337\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">De acuerdo con la informaci\u00f3n reunida por los especialistas de la Fiscal\u00eda, los hechos ocurrieron el pasado 11 de marzo, cuando ambas mujeres tuvieron que salir de su domicilio para realizar unas diligencias en casa de un vecino y cuando se encontraban caminando sobre la calle 51 de la citada colonia, el imputado ejecut\u00f3 actos lascivos en ambas v\u00edctimas, quienes solicitaron ayuda y se logr\u00f3 detener al encausado y turnarlo a la FGE, donde se inici\u00f3 la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n que deriv\u00f3 en la causa penal 19\/2021.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Finalmente, antes de concluir la diligencia, los fiscales expusieron sus argumentos para justificar la solicitud de la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva cautelada, por lo que el Juez de control otorg\u00f3 la medida solicitada por todo el tiempo que dure el proceso, por lo que el encausado permanecer\u00e1 privado de su libertad hasta
