{"id":59603,"date":"2021-03-18T14:40:18","date_gmt":"2021-03-18T20:40:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=59603"},"modified":"2021-03-18T18:33:06","modified_gmt":"2021-03-19T00:33:06","slug":"jubilados-del-issste-vuelven-a-alzar-la-voz-contra-el-pago-en-uma","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/jubilados-del-issste-vuelven-a-alzar-la-voz-contra-el-pago-en-uma\/","title":{"rendered":"Jubilados del Issste truenan de nuevo contra el pago en UMA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">M\u00e9rida, Yucat\u00e1n; 18 de marzo de 2021 (ACOM).- Jubilados y pensionados rechazaron un fallo de la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n que avala que se les pague a los trabajadores en Unidades de Medida y Actualizaci\u00f3n y no en salarios m\u00ednimos, una vez que concluyan su vida laboral.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Diversas agrupaciones pertenecientes al Frente Activista de Yucat\u00e1n (FAY) levantaron la voz para que todos los trabajadores adscritos al IMSS, Issste e Isstey, soliciten dar marcha atr\u00e1s a esta medida que significar\u00e1 una reducci\u00f3n en cuanto a prestaciones y sobre todo, una afrenta en contra de los jubilados y pensionados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00abActualmente, el salario m\u00ednimo est\u00e1 en 141.70 pesos y la UMA, contin\u00faa en 89.62 pesos, haciendo una diferencia diaria en cada salario de 52 pesos con 8 d\u00e9cimas. Significa un despojo de m\u00e1s de 4 millones de pesos de jubilados y pensionados en estas condiciones\u00bb, explic\u00f3 Martha Elena Rosel, miembro de la Asamblea Nacional de Jubilados y Pensionados de la CNTE.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" style=\"border: none; overflow: hidden;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/plugins\/video.php?height=308&amp;href=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2Freporteroshoy%2Fvideos%2F4086728231339953%2F&amp;show_text=false&amp;width=560\" width=\"560\" height=\"308\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las organizaciones civiles anunciaron que tambi\u00e9n exigir\u00e1n que el Congreso y el gobierno estatal se manifiesten en favor de los trabajadores, de modo que tambi\u00e9n rechacen la resoluci\u00f3n de la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n, en torno a la Ley del Issste.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se\u00f1alan que esta situaci\u00f3n se gener\u00f3 ante la imposibilidad de los organismos de seguridad social de continuar pagando las jubilaciones, aunque esto implique afectaciones para quienes est\u00e9n por iniciar este periodo de su vida.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00abNo les van a dar a los que se retiren, porque ya no va a haber pensiones. Cuando mucho, les van a dar una tercera parte de su \u00faltimo salario y debemos de ser conscientes todos, porque todos estamos en el mismo barco\u00bb, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Ligia Esther Gonz\u00e1lez Rivero, integrante del FAY.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-59604 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/Jubilados-Issste.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"602\" height=\"338\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Advirtieron que es imperante que el sistema tenga cambios importantes, que sean de beneficio para los trabajadores, por lo que se propuso regresar al esquema de que se emple\u00f3 hace casi 20 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00abLa demanda fundamental es que se debe reformar el sistema pensionario, pero para que sea el anterior, como exist\u00eda en 1997. Dos cosas con relaci\u00f3n, cotizaba el trabajador, la empresa y el gobierno, tripartita, p\u00fablico y solidario\u00bb, apunt\u00f3 Pedro Quijano Uc, integrante de la Confederaci\u00f3n de Jubilados y Adultos Mayores de la Rep\u00fablica Mexicana.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se inform\u00f3 que cerca de 40 mil jubilados estar\u00e1n levantando la voz en contra de la reducci\u00f3n de percepciones a trabajadores, medida en la que se espera que haya diversas movilizaciones para que esta medida no se aplique en todo
