{"id":59772,"date":"2021-03-20T18:00:33","date_gmt":"2021-03-21T00:00:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=59772"},"modified":"2021-03-20T18:43:55","modified_gmt":"2021-03-21T00:43:55","slug":"seguira-en-prision-energumeno-que-navajeo-a-su-mama-en-samahil","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/seguira-en-prision-energumeno-que-navajeo-a-su-mama-en-samahil\/","title":{"rendered":"Seguir\u00e1 en prisi\u00f3n energ\u00fameno que navaje\u00f3 a su mam\u00e1 en Samahil"},"content":{"rendered":"<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">M\u00e9rida, Yucat\u00e1n; 20 de marzo de 2021.- La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) formul\u00f3 la imputaci\u00f3n a M.P.T., por los delitos de homicidio en raz\u00f3n de parentesco y homicidio calificado, ambos cometidos en grado de tentativa, y el delito de lesiones calificadas contra un polic\u00eda municipal tras lo ocurrido <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/deschavetado-ataca-a-cuchilladas-a-su-mama-vecina-y-hasta-al-policia\/\">el pasado mi\u00e9rcoles en la comisar\u00eda de Kuchel, en Samahil<\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-59774 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/SAMAHIL-DETENIDO-scaled.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"630\" height=\"354\" \/><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">De acuerdo con la indagatoria realizada por los especialistas de la Fiscal\u00eda, el inculpado navaje\u00f3 a su madre, a un polic\u00eda municipal y a una vecina de dicha localidad, para posteriormente ser detenido por elementos policiacos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-59773 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/SAMAHIL-DETENIDO-2-scaled.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"632\" height=\"355\" \/><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En la audiencia realizada en el Juzgado Primero en el Centro de Justicia Oral de Um\u00e1n, la juez decret\u00f3 la legalidad en la detenci\u00f3n y la ratific\u00f3, para posteriormente los fiscales de litigaci\u00f3n formularan la imputaci\u00f3n\u00a0 de los delitos y a continuaci\u00f3n presentar los datos de prueba para solicitar la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso del imputado, quien se acogi\u00f3 a la ampliaci\u00f3n del t\u00e9rmino legal para definir su condici\u00f3n jur\u00eddica, por lo que la Juez de Control estableci\u00f3 que la audiencia contin\u00fae el pr\u00f3ximo 25 de marzo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Por \u00faltimo, la Fiscal\u00eda expuso los argumentos para justificar la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa, misma que fue concedida por la autoridad judicial por todo el tiempo que dure el proceso.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Se le acusa adem\u00e1s de atacar a una vecina y un polic\u00eda municipal que entraron en defensa de la se\u00f1ora de 78 a\u00f1os de edad.
