marzo de 2021.- La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) formul\u00f3 la imputaci\u00f3n al ciudadano J.R.D.C., por el delito de abuso sexual agravado, denunciado tras los hechos ocurridos en d\u00edas pasados en el fraccionamiento Unidad Habitacional CTM, por lo que permanecer\u00e1 en prisi\u00f3n en lo que se define su situaci\u00f3n legal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">De acuerdo con la informaci\u00f3n reunida, los hechos ocurrieron el pasado 16 de marzo cuando el imputado abord\u00f3 a su v\u00edctima sobre la calle 14 por 31-A y 29, donde cometi\u00f3 actos lascivos en su contra, por lo que se present\u00f3 la denuncia correspondiente que deriv\u00f3 en la causa penal 64\/2021.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-59777 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/DETENIDO.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"592\" height=\"353\" \/><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Durante la audiencia realizada en el Centro de Justicia Oral de M\u00e9rida, el Juez de Control decret\u00f3 la legalidad en la detenci\u00f3n y a continuaci\u00f3n los fiscales de litigaci\u00f3n formularon la imputaci\u00f3n del delito, presentaron los datos de prueba que obran en la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n y pidieron la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso del imputado, quien solicit\u00f3 la ampliaci\u00f3n del t\u00e9rmino legal para definir su situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica, por lo que el Juez Primero de Control, tras valorarlo, estableci\u00f3 que la audiencia contin\u00fae el pr\u00f3ximo 23 de marzo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Mientras se define la condici\u00f3n legal del imputado, los fiscales expusieron los argumentos para solicitar la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada, misma que fue concedida por la autoridad judicial por todo el tiempo que dure el proceso y se defina la participaci\u00f3n del imputado en los hechos
