{"id":59910,"date":"2021-03-22T18:20:46","date_gmt":"2021-03-23T00:20:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=59910"},"modified":"2021-03-23T13:33:07","modified_gmt":"2021-03-23T19:33:07","slug":"haran-un-registro-de-trabajadoras-del-hogar-de-merida","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/haran-un-registro-de-trabajadoras-del-hogar-de-merida\/","title":{"rendered":"Har\u00e1n un registro de trabajadoras del hogar de M\u00e9rida"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">M\u00e9rida, Yucat\u00e1n; 22 de marzo de 2020.- Para el Ayuntamiento que encabeza el alcalde Ren\u00e1n Barrera Concha el trabajo a favor de los derechos de las trabajadoras del hogar es m\u00e1s apremiante que nunca y en aras de seguir fortaleciendo su empoderamiento ante la sociedad impulsa acciones y programas para la defensa de este sector, uno de los m\u00e1s desprotegidos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En ese contexto, el instituto Municipal de la Mujer (IMM) en colaboraci\u00f3n con la asociaci\u00f3n civil \u201cJADE Propuestas Sociales y Alternativas al Desarrollo\u201d dio a conocer la apertura del padr\u00f3n voluntario de trabajadoras del hogar que laboran en M\u00e9rida, que se llevar\u00e1 a cabo a partir de este d\u00eda y hasta el 30 de junio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Fabiola Garc\u00eda Maga\u00f1a, directora del IMM, inform\u00f3 que la encuesta forma parte de los trabajos que se realizan en el municipio como parte de las acciones emprendidas posterior a la firma del convenio con la asociaci\u00f3n JADE y su objetivo principal es conocer las condiciones en las que laboran las trabajadoras del hogar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-59914 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/WhatsApp-Image-2021-03-22-at-7.05.18-PM.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"601\" height=\"330\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Agreg\u00f3 que la informaci\u00f3n que se recopile durante la encuesta permitir\u00e1 dise\u00f1ar estrategias, as\u00ed como propuestas de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas para proteger sus derechos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00abHoy arrancamos este trabajo para empezar a construir este padr\u00f3n de trabajadoras del hogar, primero en su tipo a nivel nacional, el cual ser\u00e1 de mucha utilidad para el Instituto porque permitir\u00e1 continuar el trabajo de fortalecer programas y acciones a favor de ese sector\u00bb, mencion\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Indic\u00f3 que la encuesta incluye preguntas muy sencillas como el n\u00famero de horas al d\u00eda que trabajan, si est\u00e1n afiliadas al Seguro Social, procedencia, edad, escolaridad, entre otras cosas, las cuales permitir\u00e1n conocer a fondo su situaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00abEl censo es voluntario y podr\u00e1n participar todas las trabajadoras que lo deseen y quieran sumarse. Una vez que pasen la etapa del pre registro, nosotros procederemos a llamarles para hacerles encuestas m\u00e1s detalladas\u00bb, a\u00f1adi\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A su vez, Raquel Aguilera Troncoso, directora ejecutiva de JADE, remarc\u00f3 la importancia del censo en esta ciudad, ya que se estima que es aqu\u00ed donde labora el mayor n\u00famero de trabajadoras del hogar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00abEl objetivo de nuestro acercamiento con el Ayuntamiento es promover que se garanticen los derechos humanos de todas las trabajadoras del hogar en M\u00e9rida y estamos muy contentas de que esta colaboraci\u00f3n ya tenga este primer resultado\u00bb, expres\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Asimismo, record\u00f3 que, en Yucat\u00e1n, de acuerdo con datos del Instituto Nacional de Estad\u00edstica y Geograf\u00eda (INEGI), en 2020 hab\u00eda 53,000 personas dedicadas al trabajo dom\u00e9stico remunerado, de las cuales el 80% son mujeres.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Inform\u00f3 que en el censo se podr\u00e1n registrar trabajadoras que provengan de otros municipios, siempre y cuando radiquen en M\u00e9rida y sus comisar\u00edas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Raquel Aguilera mencion\u00f3 que la agenda conjunta para avanzar hacia la atenci\u00f3n e impulso de la protecci\u00f3n de los derechos humanos de las trabajadoras del hogar incluye adem\u00e1s la gu\u00eda y protocolo de cuidados ante el Covid-19, la cual ya se encuentra lista y se podr\u00e1 difundir en espa\u00f1ol y en lengua maya.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El pre registro de las trabajadoras del hogar se podr\u00e1 realizar de lunes a viernes de 9 de la ma\u00f1ana a 2 de la tarde.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La convocatoria es voluntaria y puede realizar v\u00eda telef\u00f3nica a trav\u00e9s del 9999 240296 extensi\u00f3n 84056 o mediante internet, a trav\u00e9s de la liga: <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong><a
