{"id":60485,"date":"2021-03-29T16:30:04","date_gmt":"2021-03-29T22:30:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=60485"},"modified":"2021-03-30T09:51:31","modified_gmt":"2021-03-30T15:51:31","slug":"yucatan-estrena-construyo-un-plan-para-mejorar-o-construir-una-vivienda","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/yucatan-estrena-construyo-un-plan-para-mejorar-o-construir-una-vivienda\/","title":{"rendered":"Yucat\u00e1n estrena \u2018ConstruYO\u2019, un plan para mejorar o construir una vivienda"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">M\u00e9rida, Yucat\u00e1n, 29 de marzo de 2021 (ACOM).- Yucat\u00e1n es uno de los primeros estados en poner en marcha un nuevo esquema de cr\u00e9ditos \u2018ConstruYO\u2019, que realiza el Instituto del Fondo Nacional de Vivienda para los Trabajadores (Infonavit).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sin importar cu\u00e1l sea el salario del derechohabiente podr\u00e1 construir, terminar de edificar, ampliar o remodelar en una o varias etapas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-60486 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/INFONAVIT_ROGERIO-CASTRO.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"614\" height=\"459\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El programa actualmente opera en los siguientes estados: Baja California, Chiapas, Jalisco, Nayarit, Oaxaca, Tabasco, Yucat\u00e1n y Zona Metropolitana del Valle de M\u00e9xico.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Existen tren modalidades: para reparaciones menores, con asesor\u00eda t\u00e9cnica o con una constructora.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Se puede hacer en cualquier tipo de propiedad, puede ser privada, ejidal, comunal o derivada de alg\u00fan programa gubernamental, y no es necesario que est\u00e9 a nombre del trabajador, es suficiente con que presentar alguno de los documentos que demuestren que cuenta con una posesi\u00f3n segura.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00abEsto va a permitir que vayan construyendo poco a poco. Pueden contratar a quien quieran, como en este caso de los fraccionamientos o pueden contratar a un alba\u00f1il, alguien de su confianza, irlo construyendo poco a poco\u00bb, explic\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00abEl pr\u00e9stamo es del 200% de la subcuenta por lo que se duplica el presupuesto del trabajador\u00bb, reiter\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Explic\u00f3 que actualmente, la delegaci\u00f3n del Infonavit trabaja en la promoci\u00f3n de este producto crediticio, para lo cual se est\u00e1 capacitando a comisarios en M\u00e9rida para promover el mecanismo para quienes ya cuentan con un terreno propio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">De hecho, mencion\u00f3 que hace unos d\u00edas, en Caucel, cuando se anunci\u00f3 este producto, hubo 40 interesados, a los cuales ya se les dio atenci\u00f3n para solicitar el subsidio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En otro asunto, inform\u00f3 que tambi\u00e9n entr\u00f3 en vigor la estrategia para \u00abtransparentar\u00bb el estado de cuenta del cr\u00e9dito para los trabajadores, los cuales \u00abya van a saber cu\u00e1nto est\u00e1n pagando de inter\u00e9s\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Asimismo, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que este a\u00f1o el Infonavit cuenta con un fondo especial por mil millones de pesos el cual subsidia a trabajadores cumplidos que deseen liquidar sus cr\u00e9ditos, medida que estar\u00eda beneficiando a miles de personas en la entidad.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Existen tren modalidades: para reparaciones menores, con asesor\u00eda t\u00e9cnica o con una constructora.
