Tras ser encontrado penalmente responsable del delito de robo calificado cometido con violencia, F.I.E.D. fue sentenciado a siete a\u00f1os 10 meses y 15 d\u00edas de prisi\u00f3n, por los hechos ocurridos en la localidad de Chelem Puerto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Despu\u00e9s de la denuncia interpuesta por las v\u00edctimas, la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) integr\u00f3 la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n, misma que fue desahogada en el Juzgado Tercero de Control durante su etapa inicial y posteriormente presentada ante el Tribunal Segundo de Juicio Oral, donde gracias a las pruebas testimoniales y periciales se logr\u00f3 establecer la participaci\u00f3n del sentenciado en los hechos denunciados, por lo que los integrantes del Tribunal otorgaron un fallo condenatorio por unanimidad de votos, mismo que deriv\u00f3 en la sentencia privativa de la libertad se\u00f1alada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-60620 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/Sentenciado-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"337\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Durante la audiencia celebrada para la individualizaci\u00f3n de las sanciones, se le otorg\u00f3, adem\u00e1s de la pena de prisi\u00f3n, 131 d\u00edas de multa por los actos violentos ocurridos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Como se recordar\u00e1, tras la indagatoria realizada por la Fiscal\u00eda se estableci\u00f3 que los hechos ocurrieron el ocho de noviembre del a\u00f1o 2018, cuando el sentenciado, junto con otra persona que ya fue procesado, ingresaron a un predio ubicado en la calle 13 de la citada localidad, donde haciendo uso de la violencia f\u00edsica, psicol\u00f3gica y moral, sometieron a los propietarios y se apoderaron de dinero en efectivo, tel\u00e9fonos celulares, alhajas y otros objetos, por lo que se present\u00f3 la formal denuncia que deriv\u00f3 en la presente diligencia judicial.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El sentenciado se
