{"id":60802,"date":"2021-04-03T12:00:42","date_gmt":"2021-04-03T18:00:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=60802"},"modified":"2021-04-05T10:51:29","modified_gmt":"2021-04-05T15:51:29","slug":"menor-imputado-por-homicidio-de-viejito-barrendero-de-samahil","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/menor-imputado-por-homicidio-de-viejito-barrendero-de-samahil\/","title":{"rendered":"Menor imputado por homicidio de viejito barrendero de Samahil"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">M\u00e9rida, Yucat\u00e1n, 03 de abril 2021.- La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) formul\u00f3 la imputaci\u00f3n en contra de R.I.D.C. por el delito de homicidio calificado, denunciado <span style=\"color: #003366;\">t<span style=\"background-color: #ffffff;\"><strong><a style=\"background-color: #ffffff; color: #003366;\" href=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/de-una-punalada-en-el-corazon-asesinan-a-viejito-barrendero-en-yucatan\/\">ras los <\/a><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a style=\"background-color: #ffffff; color: #003366;\" href=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/de-una-punalada-en-el-corazon-asesinan-a-viejito-barrendero-en-yucatan\/\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;\">hechos ocurridos en la localidad de Samahil, en donde perdi\u00f3 la vida un hombre de la tercera edad.<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la informaci\u00f3n reunida en la causa penal 17\/2021, los hechos ocurrieron el pasado 31 de marzo, cuando el menor atac\u00f3 a la v\u00edctima con un arma blanca, provoc\u00e1ndole lesiones que a la postre le causaron la muerte, por lo que se inici\u00f3 la indagatoria correspondiente que deriv\u00f3 en la detenci\u00f3n del adolescente.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-60803 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/samahil-asesinato-2-scaled-1.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"587\" height=\"409\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el desarrollo de la audiencia, fiscales de litigaci\u00f3n de la Vicefiscal\u00eda Especializada en Justicia para Adolescentes aportaron los datos necesarios para solicitar se resolviera la situaci\u00f3n legal del menor, quien pidi\u00f3 la ampliaci\u00f3n del t\u00e9rmino por lo que la autoridad judicial estableci\u00f3 que la audiencia contin\u00fae el siete de abril.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En espera de la audiencia de vinculaci\u00f3n, el imputado permanecer\u00e1 bajo la medida de internamiento preventivo que deber\u00e1 cumplir en el Centro Especializado en la Aplicaci\u00f3n de Medidas para Adolescentes (CEAMA) y la parte acusadora continuar\u00e1 las diligencias correspondientes para definir la participaci\u00f3n del joven en el hecho.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ren\u00e9 Isidro, de 17 a\u00f1os, habr\u00eda asesinado al viejito de 84 a\u00f1os para quitarle su quincena de barrendero.
