{"id":61348,"date":"2021-04-12T16:00:36","date_gmt":"2021-04-12T21:00:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=61348"},"modified":"2021-04-13T12:47:46","modified_gmt":"2021-04-13T17:47:46","slug":"pareja-lo-chamaqueo-tres-anos-despues-inicia-proceso-por-fraude","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/pareja-lo-chamaqueo-tres-anos-despues-inicia-proceso-por-fraude\/","title":{"rendered":"Pareja lo chamaque\u00f3 , tres a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s inicia proceso por fraude"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">M\u00e9rida, Yucat\u00e1n a 12 de abril de 2021.-\u00a0Tras valorar los datos de prueba aportados por la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE), J.L.N.Q. y M.A.P.S. fueron vinculados a proceso por el delito de fraude, denunciado por E.L.R.O., quien recibi\u00f3 una invitaci\u00f3n de los encausados para sumarse a un negocio de exportaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En la audiencia celebrada en el Centro de Justicia Oral de M\u00e9rida, los fiscales de litigaci\u00f3n expusieron los datos de prueba que obran en la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n de la causa penal 70\/2021 y el Juez Segundo de Control otorg\u00f3 el citado auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso, adem\u00e1s de establecer un plazo de tres meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-61349 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/fraude.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"615\" height=\"461\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">De los hechos, tras la indagatoria realizada por los especialistas de la Fiscal\u00eda, se establece que en el mes de abril del a\u00f1o 2018, ambos imputados convencieron al denunciante para invertir en un negocio de exportaci\u00f3n, cumpliendo con lo acordado en esa primera ocasi\u00f3n, pero al invitarlo nuevamente para participar en el negocio, se indica que los encausados no cumplieron lo acordado, por lo que el afectado no recibi\u00f3 ganancia alguna, ni el regreso del dinero entregado, por lo que se interpuso la denuncia correspondiente, que deriv\u00f3 en la presente diligencia judicial.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Antes de concluir la audiencia, se ratificaron las medidas cautelares impuestas durante la audiencia inicial, misma que incluyen que los imputados acudan peri\u00f3dicamente a firmar al Centro Estatal de Medidas Cautelares, presentar una garant\u00eda econ\u00f3mica, tienen prohibido salir del Estado sin autorizaci\u00f3n judicial y deber\u00e1n someterse al cuidado y vigilancia del citado Centro, todas ellas permanecen vigentes por todo el tiempo que dure el proceso.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>J.L.N.Q. y M.A.P.S. fueron vinculados a proceso por el delito de fraude, tras quedarse con el dinero de una persona quien les confi\u00f3 su dinero para que hiciera un negocio de exportaci\u00f3n.
