Q. V., fue detenido en d\u00edas posteriores al feminicidio por el delito de robo con violencia por elementos de la SSP y tras su aprehensi\u00f3n fue puesto a disposici\u00f3n y presentado en primera instancia ante el Juzgado Primero de Control con sede en M\u00e9rida, donde fue imputado por el delito de robo con violencia, decret\u00e1ndose que permanecer\u00e1 en prisi\u00f3n durante todo el proceso.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-61764 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/FEMINICIDIO-UMAN-scaled.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"605\" height=\"340\" \/><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En la audiencia se presentaron los elementos de prueba contenidos en la causa penal 96\/2021, en donde se refiere que el pasado 14 de abril,\u00a0 haciendo uso de la violencia f\u00edsica y moral, despoj\u00f3 al ciudadano R. C. C., de varias de sus pertenencias y dinero en efectivo, tras amenazarlo con un c\u00fater, cuando caminaba por calles de la colonia Emiliano Zapata Oriente de M\u00e9rida.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Luego de la imputaci\u00f3n, solicit\u00f3 la duplicidad del t\u00e9rmino por lo que la audiencia de vinculaci\u00f3n qued\u00f3 programada para el jueves 22 de abril.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Tras decretarse la prisi\u00f3n preventiva por robo, el sujeto tambi\u00e9n ser\u00e1 presentado este lunes ante el Juez de Control por su probable participaci\u00f3n como autor directo en el delito de feminicidio, luego de los hechos citados en\u00a0 el municipio de Um\u00e1n.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Las labores de inteligencia y seguimiento incluyeron diligencias que requirieron control judicial para obtener los datos de prueba que se consideran necesarios para evidenciar la participaci\u00f3n de la persona en el hecho que se se\u00f1ala, lo que permiti\u00f3 a la Polic\u00eda Estatal de Investigaci\u00f3n (PEI) de la SSP y la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) la obtenci\u00f3n de elementos cient\u00edficos que lo ligan al caso, por lo que deber\u00e1
