iniciativas de ley en las que trabajar\u00e1 Gaby Cejudo al llegar al Congreso Federal, ser\u00e1 la correcci\u00f3n de La ley al pago de pensionados y jubilados que se calcula en UMAs y no en salarios m\u00ednimos, lo cual reduce el monto de sus percepciones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La candidata por el IV Distrito Federal, Gaby Cejudo, destac\u00f3 la urgencia de que se aclare que las UMAs son una unidad de medida para el cobro de multas y de cr\u00e9ditos hipotecarios, por lo tanto, las jubilaciones se deber\u00edan pagar en salarios m\u00ednimos, siendo la unidad en que cada ciudadano ha cotizado a lo largo de su vida.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-61906 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Gaby-Cejudo2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a id=\"LPlnk182904\" name=\"x__Hlk69820359\" data-linkindex=\"0\"><\/a>Mencion\u00f3 que al momento de legislar, las UMAs y los salarios m\u00ednimos val\u00edan lo mismo, sin embargo, las UMAs crecen a diferente ritmo y actualmente se encuentran en 89.62 pesos y el salario m\u00ednimo en 141.7 pesos, lo que perjudica a los pensionados porque sus percepciones quedaron con un tope y su capacidad adquisitiva se ver\u00e1 disminuida cada vez m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cUn jubilado est\u00e1 ganando 17 mil pesos menos que le corresponder\u00eda porque se qued\u00f3 cotizando en UMAs\u201d refiri\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-61907 aligncenter\" determin\u00f3 que pese a la inconformidad que han realizado los jubilados ante las instancias con base en su derecho, el trabajo debe realizarse desde la legislaci\u00f3n para poner la anotaci\u00f3n
