{"id":62257,"date":"2021-04-25T11:00:08","date_gmt":"2021-04-25T16:00:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=62257"},"modified":"2021-04-28T21:46:44","modified_gmt":"2021-04-29T02:46:44","slug":"diego-avila-propone-crear-una-direccion-de-participacion-ciudadana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/diego-avila-propone-crear-una-direccion-de-participacion-ciudadana\/","title":{"rendered":"Diego \u00c1vila propone crear una Direcci\u00f3n de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tekax, Yucat\u00e1n; 25 de abril de 2021.- En reuni\u00f3n con vecinos de la comisar\u00eda de Ticum, el candidato a la alcald\u00eda Diego \u00c1vila Romero anunci\u00f3 una de sus principales propuestas de campa\u00f1a: crear la Direcci\u00f3n de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana en el Ayuntamiento de Tekax, un organismo que mantendr\u00e1 al municipio a la vanguardia en administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica en Yucat\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con esa dependencia, Tekax se convertir\u00eda en el primer municipio del interior del estado en contar con un canal de comunicaci\u00f3n y participaci\u00f3n social de ese tipo, que vendr\u00eda a fortalecer el trabajo de colaboraci\u00f3n entre los ciudadanos y el gobierno municipal.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-62258 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Tekax-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEsa Direcci\u00f3n se va a encargar de crear comit\u00e9s de participaci\u00f3n ciudadana en las colonias y comisar\u00edas de Tekax. Ustedes se preguntar\u00e1n \u00bfy cu\u00e1l va a ser su funci\u00f3n?, la respuesta en muy sencilla: ser\u00e1n los que definir\u00e1n las prioridades en las obras que se har\u00e1n en el municipio, en coordinaci\u00f3n con el Ayuntamiento\u201d, explic\u00f3 el candidato del PAN-PRD a la presidencia municipal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cSi ustedes me dicen, por ejemplo, Diego necesitamos ampliaciones de la red el\u00e9ctrica, agua potable, calles o acciones de vivienda, el comit\u00e9 se va a encargar de definir cu\u00e1l es la prioridad n\u00famero uno, y enlistar la dos, la tres y as\u00ed sucesivamente, para poder programar las obras\u201d, detall\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-62260 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Tekax2.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"602\" height=\"339\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cA la hora de invertir los recursos, el comit\u00e9, junto con el Ayuntamiento, decidir\u00e1 qu\u00e9 se va hacer primero. Cualquiera de ustedes puede ser parte de ese comit\u00e9 y \u00e9ste se integrar\u00e1 con el consenso con los vecinos\u201d, afirm\u00f3 Dieguito, como es conocido en el municipio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cOtro ejemplo: si ustedes definen que aqu\u00ed se necesitan 50 acciones de vivienda y a la hora de distribuir los recursos entre las colonias y comisar\u00edas de Tekax, solo le tocan 20 a Ticum, ser\u00e1 el comit\u00e9 el que nos diga qui\u00e9nes ser\u00e1n los primeros beneficiarios, con base en sus necesidades; ustedes saben mejor que nadie a qui\u00e9nes les urge m\u00e1s\u201d, abund\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEn el siguiente programa les podr\u00e1n tocar otras 20 acciones de vivienda o se har\u00e1n las 30 que faltan, y as\u00ed como iremos cubriendo todas las solicitudes. \u00c9se es el valor de los comit\u00e9s de participaci\u00f3n ciudadana\u201d, subray\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-62261 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Tekax3.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cA trav\u00e9s de estos comit\u00e9s de participaci\u00f3n va a tener poder la ciudadan\u00eda, eso nos ayudar\u00e1 a tener una mejor organizaci\u00f3n y distribuci\u00f3n de los recursos, y nos permitir\u00e1 optimizar el presupuesto del Ayuntamiento\u201d, apunt\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEsto es algo nuevo, es la primera vez que se hace en la historia de Tekax y es la primera vez que un Ayuntamiento del interior del estado contar\u00e1 con una Direcci\u00f3n de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana.
