\u201cCon reactivaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica, m\u00e1s y mejor obra p\u00fablica, seguridad y m\u00e1s acciones de vivienda, vamos por M\u00e1s M\u00e9rida\u201d, asegur\u00f3 el candidato del PAN a la Presidencia Municipal, Ren\u00e1n Barrera Concha, quien present\u00f3 las mejores propuestas en el encuentro con candidatos a la Presidencia Municipal organizado por la C\u00e1mara Nacional de la Industria de Desarrollo y Promoci\u00f3n de la Vivienda (Canadevi), delegaci\u00f3n Yucat\u00e1n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El aspirante panista present\u00f3 a los miembros de la Canadevi \u201cM\u00e1s M\u00e9rida\u201d un proyecto integrado por propuestas viables y efectivas que contribuir\u00e1n a mantener al municipio como un lugar seguro y referente para vivir, invertir y disfrutar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ante Eduardo Ancona C\u00e1mara, presidente de la Canadevi, delegaci\u00f3n Yucat\u00e1n, Ren\u00e1n Barrera declar\u00f3 estar a favor de la redensificaci\u00f3n en la ciudad para aprovechar la infraestructura, el equipamiento y los servicios del \u00e1rea urbanizada, a fin de incrementar la densidad habitacional, que urbanizar \u00e1reas nuevas a las que habr\u00e1 que dotar de equipamiento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-62823 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/3MAYO21-RBC-FORO-CANADEVI-1.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"594\" height=\"308\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cMi propuesta es que lo podamos hacer, incluso ya hay avances de lo que hemos con Canadevi en esta materia, para poder incluir en el nuevo Plan Municipal de Desarrollo Urbano (PMDU), tiene que ver Conavi, Infonavit, IVEY y Canadevi porque lo que buscamos es hacer pruebas pilotos donde podamos construir vivienda econ\u00f3mica en lugares donde haya todos los servicios p\u00fablicos\u201d, expuso.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El abanderado de Acci\u00f3n Nacional explic\u00f3 que el PMDU vigente modific\u00f3 el Modelo que consideraba que todo el territorio municipal era urbanizable al establecer zonas primarias con criterios de intervenci\u00f3n diferenciados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sin embargo, continu\u00f3, se reconoce que a\u00fan no se ha alcanzado los objetivos del desarrollo sustentable, por lo que, a fin de consolidar el Modelo de desarrollo urbano, se modificar\u00e1 el PMDU y se fortalecer\u00e1n los mecanismos de gesti\u00f3n urbana.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ah\u00ed es donde creo que est\u00e1n los retos, desaf\u00edos y el \u00e1rea de oportunidad, que junto con Canadevi estaremos planteando para poder lograr que de alguna manera tengamos estos intereses particulares, que incluso a veces son contrarios entre s\u00ed, como una parte de la armon\u00eda que requiere la ciudad para poder tener una mejor M\u00e9rida, abund\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sin duda alguna no tiene ning\u00fan sentido crecer hacia afuera si tenemos colonias que quedan vac\u00edas hacia adentro, y ah\u00ed el PMDU lo estaremos poniendo a disposici\u00f3n en los pr\u00f3ximos meses, que tendr\u00e1 entre esos temas la modificaci\u00f3n a estas restricciones para poder incentivar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Durante su participaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n se\u00f1al\u00f3 que es importante que exista una Ley Estatal del Aguas, ya que Yucat\u00e1n es el \u00fanico estado de la rep\u00fablica que no lo tiene.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Durante el encuentro organizado por Canadevi, Ren\u00e1n Barrera, tambi\u00e9n se\u00f1al\u00f3 que continuar\u00e1 trabajando de la mano con el sector para
