3 de mayo de 2021.- Un hombre extranjero de 34 a\u00f1os de edad, acusado del homicidio de su padre, de 68, fue detenido este domingo por agentes investigadores de la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad P\u00fablica (SSP) y de la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El crimen fue cometido el pasado 15 de abril en el predio que padre e hijo habitaban, en un fraccionamiento al Poniente de M\u00e9rida.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El adulto mayor, recibi\u00f3 fuertes golpes en diversas partes del cuerpo; la causa de la muerte fue traumatismo craneoencef\u00e1lico, de acuerdo con el peritaje del Instituto de Ciencias Forenses de la Fiscal\u00eda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-62826 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/EXTRANJERO-ASESINATO-MERIDA.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"631\" height=\"435\" srcset=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/EXTRANJERO-ASESINATO-MERIDA.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/EXTRANJERO-ASESINATO-MERIDA-218x150.jpeg 218w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 631px) 100vw, 631px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Tan pronto se tuvo conocimiento de los hechos, la Polic\u00eda Estatal de Investigaci\u00f3n (PEI) de la SSP y la FGE, en estrecha coordinaci\u00f3n, recabaron los datos de prueba para integrar la carpeta y solicitar la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n en contra del sospechoso, Benjam\u00edn L.P.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En consecuencia, el mandamiento judicial fue ejecutado y el detenido puesto a disposici\u00f3n del Juez Primero de Control del Primer Distrito Judicial del Sistema de Justicia Penal Acusatorio y Oral.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Benjam\u00edn L.P. es acusado de matar a su padre de un golpe en la cabeza;
