{"id":63130,"date":"2021-05-07T19:30:41","date_gmt":"2021-05-08T00:30:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=63130"},"modified":"2021-05-10T03:08:08","modified_gmt":"2021-05-10T08:08:08","slug":"permanecera-en-prision-maestro-violador","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/permanecera-en-prision-maestro-violador\/","title":{"rendered":"Permanecer\u00e1 en prisi\u00f3n \u00abmaestro\u00bb violador"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"right\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span lang=\"ES\">M\u00e9rida, Yucat\u00e1n; 6 de mayo de 2021.- <\/span><span lang=\"ES\">Tras ejecutarse una orden de aprehensi\u00f3n la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) formul\u00f3 la imputaci\u00f3n a J.O.S.L. por los delitos de violaci\u00f3n y abuso sexual, ambos equiparados y agravados, adem\u00e1s de abuso sexual agravado, denunciados por los hechos ocurridos en un predio de la colonia Centro de esta ciudad de M\u00e9rida, en agravio de un menor que acud\u00eda a su domicilio para asesor\u00edas escolares.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-62977 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/Detenido-PEI-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"414\" height=\"463\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\" style=\"color: #000000;\">Una vez interpuesta la denuncia, los especialistas de la Fiscal\u00eda iniciaron la indagatoria, la cual arroj\u00f3 que entre los a\u00f1os 2015 y 2016, cuando el menor contaba con once a\u00f1os de edad, el imputado ejecut\u00f3 actos lascivos, incluida la c\u00f3pula, en agravio de la v\u00edctima, quien no dec\u00eda nada por temor, adem\u00e1s de que era una persona conocida por su familia, por lo que el detenido tuvo la oportunidad de repetir el il\u00edcito en varias ocasiones durante el per\u00edodo se\u00f1alado, cuando el menor acud\u00eda a su domicilio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\" style=\"color: #000000;\">En la audiencia, realizada en el Juzgado Segundo de Control del Primer Distrito Judicial, los fiscales de litigaci\u00f3n formularon la imputaci\u00f3n de los delitos se\u00f1alados y a continuaci\u00f3n presentaron los datos de prueba que obran en la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n de la causa penal 98\/2021, y solicitaron la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso del encausado, quien se acogi\u00f3 a la duplicidad del t\u00e9rmino constitucional para resolver su situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica, por lo que la Juez de Control estableci\u00f3 que la audiencia se reanude el pr\u00f3ximo 10 de mayo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\" style=\"color: #000000;\">Por \u00faltimo, esta representaci\u00f3n social expuso los argumentos para justificar la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa, misma que fue concedida por la autoridad judicial por todo el tiempo que dure el proceso, por lo que el imputado permanecer\u00e1 privado de su libertad hasta esclarecer su participaci\u00f3n en los hechos denunciados.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cuando el ni\u00f1o ten\u00eda 11 a\u00f1os lo agredi\u00f3 sexualmente y por temor no dijo nada.
