Yucat\u00e1n; 10 de mayo de 2021.- Acusado del delito de violaci\u00f3n equiparada agravada, D.F.E.N. fue vinculado a proceso tras valorar los datos de prueba aportados por la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE), por los hechos ocurridos el pasado dos de mayo en un predio de la colonia Gustavo D\u00edaz Ordaz de esta ciudad de M\u00e9rida, por lo que permanecer\u00e1 en prisi\u00f3n mientras se esclarece su participaci\u00f3n en los actos denunciados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_gmail-MsoNormalCxSpMiddle\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Durante la audiencia celebrada en el Centro de Justicia Oral de M\u00e9rida, la Juez Primera de Control del Primer Distrito Judicial, analiz\u00f3 los datos aportados por los fiscales de litigaci\u00f3n, contenidos en la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n de la causa penal 115\/2021 y decret\u00f3 el citado auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso, otorgando adem\u00e1s un plazo de tres meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-63281 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/Violacion.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"598\" height=\"337\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_gmail-MsoNormalCxSpMiddle\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Como se recordar\u00e1, de la indagatoria realizada por especialistas de la Fiscal\u00eda se desprende que los hechos ocurrieron en el interior de un predio de la citada colonia, donde el encausado aprovechando que la v\u00edctima se encontraba dormida y haciendo uso de la violencia f\u00edsica, cometi\u00f3 el il\u00edcito, por lo que se present\u00f3 la formal denuncia que deriv\u00f3 en la presente diligencia judicial.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_gmail-MsoNormalCxSpMiddle\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Por \u00faltimo, antes de finalizar la audiencia, se ratificaron las medidas cautelares impuestas durante la etapa inicial y que consisten en la prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa, misma que se mantendr\u00e1 por todo el tiempo que dure
