por el delito de violencia familiar, A.C.H. fue sentenciado a tres a\u00f1os, tres meses y 11 d\u00edas de prisi\u00f3n, tras ser encontrado penalmente responsable en un procedimiento de juicio abreviado por los hechos ocurridos el mes de septiembre del a\u00f1o 2020, en agravio de sus hermanas en un predio de la colonia Yocchenkax, en la localidad de Tekax.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Tras contar con la anuencia de las partes involucradas, la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado aport\u00f3 los datos de prueba pertinentes, mismos que permitieron al Juez Primero de Control del Tercer Distrito Judicial emitir el fallo condenatorio y sentenciar al encausado a la citada pena privativa de la libertar y recibir una amonestaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica por los hechos denunciados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-63577 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/Sentenciado-en-Tekax.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Durante la audiencia celebrada en el Centro de Justicia Oral de Tekax, adem\u00e1s de las penas mencionadas, tambi\u00e9n se le suspendieron sus derechos pol\u00edticos y se le privaron sus derechos de familia, adem\u00e1s de condenarlo al pago de la reparaci\u00f3n del da\u00f1o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">De la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n de la causa penal 39\/2020 se desprende que el 13 de septiembre del a\u00f1o pasado, en un predio ubicado en la citada colonia, donde habitan las hermanas y padres del sentenciado, \u00e9ste ejerci\u00f3 violencia f\u00edsica y psicol\u00f3gica en agravio de sus hermanas, quienes fueron auxiliadas por otro hermano y su padre, quienes sometieron al encausado, quien posteriormente fue detenido y turnado a la Fiscal\u00eda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Al concluir la diligencia judicial se dispens\u00f3 la lectura de sentencia, por lo que las penas se\u00f1aladas
