Por el delito de incumplimiento de obligaciones de asistencia familiar, la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) vincul\u00f3 a proceso a J.E.X.O., denunciado por no cumplir con la manutenci\u00f3n de sus hijos menores de edad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Tras la denuncia interpuesta se inici\u00f3 la investigaci\u00f3n por los especialistas de la Fiscal\u00eda y se estableci\u00f3 que el imputado y la denunciante contrajeron matrimonio y procrearon dos hijos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Posterior a su divorcio, acordaron ante el Juez de lo Familiar que el encausado pagar\u00eda la pensi\u00f3n alimenticia de los menores, pero al no cumplir el acuerdo se interpuso la denuncia correspondiente, misma que deriv\u00f3 en la causa penal 64\/2020.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-64673 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/Manutencion.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">En la audiencia realizada en el Centro de Justicia Oral de M\u00e9rida, los fiscales de litigaci\u00f3n aportaron los datos de prueba para solicitar se resolviera la situaci\u00f3n legal del imputado, por lo que el Juez de Control, tras valorarlos, decret\u00f3 el auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso y otorg\u00f3 un plazo de dos meses para el cierre de investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Por \u00faltimo, antes de concluir la diligencia judicial, se ratificaron las medidas cautelares impuestas durante la audiencia inicial, mismas que incluyen la prohibici\u00f3n de salir del Estado sin autorizaci\u00f3n judicial y someterse a la vigilancia del Centro Estatal de
