{"id":64962,"date":"2021-06-04T13:16:55","date_gmt":"2021-06-04T18:16:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=64962"},"modified":"2021-06-04T13:16:55","modified_gmt":"2021-06-04T18:16:55","slug":"grupos-indigenas-denunciaran-al-ine-ante-la-corte-internacional","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/grupos-indigenas-denunciaran-al-ine-ante-la-corte-internacional\/","title":{"rendered":"Grupos ind\u00edgenas denunciar\u00e1n al INE ante la Corte Internacional"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">M\u00e9rida, Yucat\u00e1n; 4 de junio de 2021 (ACOM).- Organismos ind\u00edgenas anunciaron que realizar\u00e1n un proceso internacional en contra del Instituto Nacional Electoral (INE), al que acusan de no haber respetado los derechos electorales de las comunidades originarias de todo M\u00e9xico en la designaci\u00f3n de candidatos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seg\u00fan inform\u00f3 Filiberto\u00a0K\u00fa Chan, presidente del Foro Ind\u00edgena Maya, el \u00f3rgano electoral, en conjunto con los partidos pol\u00edticos, no respetaron los lineamientos en torno a designar aspirantes reconocidos como ind\u00edgenas, al permitir que personas ajenas a este sector se ostentan como tales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00abNos vamos a la Corte Internacional, as\u00ed de sencillo. Porqu\u00e9, porque las leyes mexicanas han sido pisadas, pero ellos nos han marcado la pauta. Exigir, como ya mencion\u00e9, un severo castigo. Nosotros vamos a exigir que nos restituyan las candidaturas ind\u00edgenas\u00bb, apunt\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Advirti\u00f3 que esta situaci\u00f3n se origin\u00f3 desde el proceso electoral anterior por lo que insisten en que debe haber sanciones por continuar la marginaci\u00f3n hacia la comunidad ind\u00edgena.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-64963 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/Grupos-indigenas.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La intenci\u00f3n es que los candidatos que se ostentan como ind\u00edgenas no sean reconocidos por el INE, de modo que se respete a quienes verdaderamente provienen de esta comunidad.<\/p>\n<p>Reconoci\u00f3 que, si bien se neg\u00f3 la candidatura de Liborio Vidal, Jorge Canul y Alpha Tavera en Yucat\u00e1n, quienes no lograron acreditar ser ind\u00edgenas, hubo otros casos en los que no hubo ning\u00fan se\u00f1alamiento tanto en la entidad, como en todo el pa\u00eds, aunque no refiri\u00f3 casos espec\u00edficos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dijo que varias agrupaciones ind\u00edgenas buscar\u00e1n conformar un partido pol\u00edtico, de modo que los candidatos de este sector de la sociedad no \u00abdependa\u00bb de los partidos convencionales.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Aseguran que las leyes mexicanas fueron pisadas, al no respetarse los lineamientos para asignar a candidatos ind\u00edgenas.
