delitos de homicidio calificado y robo de veh\u00edculo automotor, tras comprobarse su participaci\u00f3n como coautor material directo, el adolescente J.C.L.B. fue encontrado penalmente responsable por lo que cumplir\u00e1 una sanci\u00f3n de dos a\u00f1os, siete meses y 15 d\u00edas de internamiento en el Centro Especializado en la Aplicaci\u00f3n de Medidas para Adolescentes (CEAMA), por los hechos ocurridos en esta ciudad en enero del a\u00f1o 2019 donde perdi\u00f3 la vida el ciudadano J.A.A.C.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Tras valorar las pruebas documentales, periciales y cient\u00edficas aportadas por la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE), el adolescente fue encontrado responsable de los delitos imputados por lo que tambi\u00e9n deber\u00e1 cubrir dos a\u00f1os de asesoramiento colectivo y actividades an\u00e1logas, as\u00ed como a recibir una amonestaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica y apercibimiento, adem\u00e1s de la reparaci\u00f3n del da\u00f1o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-65390 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/El-Porvenir.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"601\" height=\"346\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Los datos, reunidos por los especialistas de la Fiscal\u00eda, establecieron que los hechos ocurrieron el 31 de enero del citado a\u00f1o, cuando el acusado, junto con<span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #0000ff;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/33-anos-de-carcel-para-el-asesino-del-porvenir\/\"> otra persona que ya fue juzgada y sentenciada<\/a><\/strong><\/span>, privaron de la vida a la v\u00edctima, utilizando un cuchillo, para posteriormente apoderarse de la camioneta propiedad del denunciante y trasladar el cuerpo del fallecido y dejarlo en calles de la colonia El Porvenir, en esta ciudad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Durante el juicio realizado y tras el desahogo de las pruebas y alegatos presentados por los fiscales especializados en Justicia para Adolescentes, se pudo obtener el fallo condenatorio al comprobar su participaci\u00f3n en su car\u00e1cter de coautor material directo, por lo que deber\u00e1 cumplir con las penas se\u00f1aladas.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El adolescente, junto con otra
