En materia de Mejora Regulatoria, el Ayuntamiento de M\u00e9rida, que encabeza el alcalde Alejandro Ruz Castro, ha implementado herramientas de este sistema con car\u00e1cter innovador y tecnol\u00f3gico para lograr que empresarios y ciudadanos conozcan sus derechos y cumplan con sus obligaciones de una manera simple e inmediata que impulsen el desarrollo econ\u00f3mico de nuestro Municipio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En ese sentido, como parte de los casos de \u00e9xito en materia regulatoria, la Direcci\u00f3n de Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico recibi\u00f3 la visita del director general de Mejora Regulatoria y Competitividad, Christian Vel\u00e1zquez Olgu\u00edn y de la jefa del Departamento Administrativo, In\u00e9s V\u00e1zquez Brito, ambos del Ayuntamiento de Manzanillo, Colima, para intercambiar experiencias y conocimientos en ese tema.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Como parte de la agenda de trabajo, los funcionarios municipales de Manzanillo visitaron la mencionada dependencia para conocer el funcionamiento y los procesos que se aplican en el Centro de Atenci\u00f3n Empresarial (CAE) y el Sistema para la Apertura R\u00e1pida de Empresas (SARE).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-67287 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/Merida-Mejora-Regulatoria-scaled.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"633\" height=\"381\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En el recorrido, el subdirector de Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico, Miguel Morales Cervera, explic\u00f3 que el SARE es un servicio en l\u00ednea que reduce a 3 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles las solicitudes de Licencia de Uso de Suelo y de Funcionamiento Municipal necesarios para la apertura de una empresa de hasta 100 metros cuadrados con giro de bajo riesgo en materia de medioambiente, seguridad y salud.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Adem\u00e1s, tambi\u00e9n recorrieron los m\u00f3dulos del SAT, Gobierno del Estado y Ayuntamiento, los cuales se encuentran bajo un mismo espacio, al momento que conocieron el proceso para poder realizar dicha tramitolog\u00eda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">De igual manera se les inform\u00f3 sobre otros programas exitosos de la Direcci\u00f3n de Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico como Micromer, Centro Municipal de Emprendedores, Bolsa de Trabajo y los Centros de Capacitaci\u00f3n Laboral, los cuales abonan a la reactivaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica del Municipio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Adem\u00e1s de esta visita al CAE, los funcionarios de Manzanillo visitaron otras direcciones municipales donde se les brind\u00f3 informaci\u00f3n sobre las Herramientas del Sistema Municipal de Mejora Regulatoria, Ventanilla \u00danica Municipal y Operaci\u00f3n y controles en la recepci\u00f3n de tr\u00e1mites y servicios en las ventanillas \u00fanicas
