{"id":67372,"date":"2021-07-12T16:14:02","date_gmt":"2021-07-12T21:14:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=67372"},"modified":"2021-07-12T16:16:47","modified_gmt":"2021-07-12T21:16:47","slug":"sedentarismo-y-obesidad-infantil-efectos-del-confinamiento","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/sedentarismo-y-obesidad-infantil-efectos-del-confinamiento\/","title":{"rendered":"Sedentarismo y obesidad infantil, efectos del confinamiento"},"content":{"rendered":"<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">M\u00e9rida, Yucat\u00e1n; 12 de julio de 2021 (ACOM).- La pandemia por COVID-19 no solo dej\u00f3 afecciones a la salud de millones de personas en el mundo, sino que el confinamiento obligatorio gener\u00f3 problemas emocionales y de ansiedad en varios sectores sociales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esta misma situaci\u00f3n perme\u00f3 de manera notoria en el consumo excesivo de alimentos y la falta de actividad f\u00edsica que hoy est\u00e1 pasando factura a adultos y principalmente a los ni\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fue justamente la obligaci\u00f3n de quedarse en casa para tomar clases lo que gener\u00f3 que los peque\u00f1os se volvieran sedentarios e incluso, subieran de peso de manera desmedida.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-67373 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/Sobrepeso.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" \/><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para la nutri\u00f3loga Paulina Maga\u00f1a la pandemia vino a agudizar el problema de sobrepeso y obesidad que se vive a nivel nacional, y que mantiene a M\u00e9xico en los primeros lugares a nivel mundial en esta materia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ante tal afectaci\u00f3n, la Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de la Salud (OMS) ha recomendado a las familias retomar la actividad f\u00edsica y el ejercicio como herramientas fundamentales para combatir la obesidad y el sedentarismo que ni\u00f1os y adultos est\u00e1n experimentando desde hace varios meses.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que no se requiere de gran cantidad de tiempo y puede hacerse en el propio hogar.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00abLo ideal son 30 minutos de ejercicio los 7 d\u00edas a la semana. Lo cual puede ser caminar, salir a correr. Incluso, la actividad f\u00edsica no es necesariamente hacer ejercicio\u00bb, refiri\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seg\u00fan la experta, esto debe mezclarse con una alimentaci\u00f3n balanceada, que contenga todos los elementos necesarios para la nutrici\u00f3n y en cantidades adecuadas para evitar el exceso de comida en los peque\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">La obesidad y el sobrepeso van ligados a enfermedades como diabetes e hipertensi\u00f3n, males que tambi\u00e9n tienen amplia presencia en Yucat\u00e1n y que pueden
