homicidio de su hermano, la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) formul\u00f3 la imputaci\u00f3n del delito a F.M.C., denunciado tras los hechos ocurridos en un rancho cercano a la localidad de Cenotillo, en agravio de J.M.C., por lo que fue detenido y turnado a la Fiscal\u00eda donde se inici\u00f3 con la indagatoria correspondiente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Conforme a la investigaci\u00f3n realizada por la Fiscal\u00eda, los hechos ocurrieron el pasado 14 de julio en un rancho ubicado en el kil\u00f3metro 9 de la carretera Cenotillo-San Jos\u00e9 Pibtuch, donde el encausado priv\u00f3 de la vida a su hermano, haciendo uso de una escopeta y provocando su muerte a consecuencia de un traumatismo tor\u00e1cico abierto, secundario a herida de arma de fuego, tal como dictamin\u00f3 un perito de la Fiscal\u00eda, datos que se integraron a la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n que deriv\u00f3 en la causa penal 53\/2021.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-67363 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/Escopetazo.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"337\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">En la audiencia celebrada en el Juzgado Primero de Control del Segundo Distrito Judicial, con sede en Kanas\u00edn, los fiscales de litigaci\u00f3n formularon la imputaci\u00f3n del delito de homicidio en raz\u00f3n de parentesco y a continuaci\u00f3n expusieron los datos de prueba para pedir la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso del encausado, quien solicit\u00f3 la duplicidad del t\u00e9rmino legal para definir su situaci\u00f3n legal, por lo que la Juez de Control estableci\u00f3 que la audiencia contin\u00fae el pr\u00f3ximo 23 de julio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Antes de concluir con la diligencia judicial, esta representaci\u00f3n social solicit\u00f3 la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva, misma que fue valorada y concedida por la Juez de Control por todo el tiempo que dure el proceso, por lo que el imputado permanecer\u00e1 privado de su
