{"id":69112,"date":"2021-08-06T14:22:20","date_gmt":"2021-08-06T19:22:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=69112"},"modified":"2021-08-06T14:22:20","modified_gmt":"2021-08-06T19:22:20","slug":"piden-esclarecer-la-muerte-de-un-detenido","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/piden-esclarecer-la-muerte-de-un-detenido\/","title":{"rendered":"Piden esclarecer la muerte de un detenido"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">M\u00e9rida, Yucat\u00e1n; 6 de agosto de 2021 (ACOM).- Dora Mar\u00eda Ravelo exigi\u00f3 el esclarecimiento del presunto homicidio de su hijo, Jos\u00e9 Eduardo, quien presuntamente fue \u00ablevantado\u00bb por agentes policiales, quienes lo habr\u00edan golpeado y abusado sexualmente.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante el velorio de su hijo, en una funeraria de Kanas\u00edn, la mujer pidi\u00f3 a las autoridades competentes que no se hagan de la \u00abvista gorda\u00bb ante lo que hacen sus servidores p\u00fablicos \u00abporque este hecho no puede quedar impune\u00bb.<\/p>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<p dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00abMi hijo muri\u00f3 por los golpes que recibi\u00f3. Le hicieron tanto da\u00f1o que sus \u00f3rganos colapsaron, lo que gener\u00f3 un paro respiratorio y su muerte. Oficialmente, falleci\u00f3 por s\u00edndrome de obstrucci\u00f3n org\u00e1nica m\u00faltiple y politraumatismo\u00bb, apunt\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00abNinguna autoridad se ha acercado siquiera a darme las condolencias. No hay respeto al dolor de una madre\u00bb, asever\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-69113 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/Jose-Eduardo.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"599\" height=\"335\" \/><\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Relat\u00f3 que los hechos ocurrieron el d\u00eda 21 de julio pasado, cuando Jos\u00e9 Eduardo estaba en el centro de M\u00e9rida, donde fue detenido por agentes, al parecer de la Polic\u00eda Municipal, quienes lo interrogaron por \u00abparecer sospechoso\u00bb pese a que este les se\u00f1al\u00f3 que iba a una entrevista de trabajo.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sin embargo, los elementos subieron al joven de 23 a\u00f1os a una patrulla y ya no se supo de \u00e9l hasta el d\u00eda siguiente cuando se puso en contacto con su madre, quien radica en Veracruz.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Expuso que el joven dijo haber sido golpeado y abusado sexualmente por los propios agentes, lo que le caus\u00f3 severos da\u00f1os f\u00edsicos.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">D\u00edas despu\u00e9s, Dora Mar\u00eda arrib\u00f3 a M\u00e9rida para atender a su hijo, a quien llev\u00f3 al hospital O&#8217;Hor\u00e1n, donde no fue atendido, y posteriormente, a la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) para interponer una denuncia contra quien resulte responsable.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sin embargo, durante el an\u00e1lisis del estado del infortunado, se decidi\u00f3 trasladarlo al sitio donde fue rechazado, ah\u00ed permaneci\u00f3 internado hasta que falleci\u00f3 el pasado 3 de agosto.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00abMi hijo vomitaba sangre, se quejaba de dolor. Uno de sus amigos le tom\u00f3 fotos de como qued\u00f3 tras el ataque, aunque no las ha entregado\u00bb, relat\u00f3 la mujer.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00abMi hijo fue violado por los propios polic\u00edas. De acuerdo a la descripci\u00f3n que mi hijo dio, fue la polic\u00eda municipal, aunque la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado no lo ha confirmado. S\u00e9 que ya revisaron los videos del centro y se ve cuando lo levantan\u00bb, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dijo que se llevar\u00e1 a su hijo a Veracruz, gracias a los donativos que recibi\u00f3 de ciudadanos de M\u00e9rida y de otros estados para el traslado.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se inform\u00f3 que tambi\u00e9n se dio cuenta del hecho a la Comisi\u00f3n de Derechos Humanos del Estado de Yucat\u00e1n (Codhey), quien ya habr\u00eda iniciado una investigaci\u00f3n de este caso.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">En torno al proceso legal, se inform\u00f3 que se interpuso una denuncia por homicidio contra quien resulte responsable, al tiempo que se exigir\u00e1 una
