{"id":69337,"date":"2021-08-10T15:53:31","date_gmt":"2021-08-10T20:53:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=69337"},"modified":"2021-08-10T15:53:31","modified_gmt":"2021-08-10T20:53:31","slug":"tortillerias-ilegales-fuerte-competencia-para-molineros-yucatecos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/tortillerias-ilegales-fuerte-competencia-para-molineros-yucatecos\/","title":{"rendered":"Tortiller\u00edas ilegales, fuerte competencia para molineros yucatecos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">M\u00e9rida, Yucat\u00e1n; 10 de agosto de 2021 (ACOM).- La competencia desleal sigue pasando factura a los molineros yucatecos, los cuales recurren a pr\u00e1cticas riesgosas o ventajosas que generan afectaciones a los establecimientos formales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fernando Monsiv\u00e1is Rodr\u00edguez, presidente de la C\u00e1mara Nacional de la Industria de la Producci\u00f3n de la Masa y la Tortilla (CNIPMT), advirti\u00f3 que persisten las tortiller\u00edas que operan en la ilegalidad sin que sean verificadas por las autoridades, a las que se les ha solicitado intervenir en este asunto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cRealizan procedimientos insalubres con los que se elabora la tortilla, que no sabemos si reprocesan, si es un ma\u00edz de buena calidad y con qu\u00e9 tipo de agua se hace. No hay informaci\u00f3n y aprovechan algunas tortiller\u00edas para cerrar y establecerse en algunos predios donde no los revisa la autoridad\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEstas personas llegan a las tiendas a vender su producto muy barato para que sus ventas sean mayores. Creen que al competir con precio van a ganar m\u00e1s, pero solo destruyen el mercado y perjudican a los dem\u00e1s compa\u00f1eros\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-69338 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/Tortillerias-.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tambi\u00e9n, dijo que otros recurren a estrategias para evadir costos de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica, con lo que buscan abaratar los costos que genera la producci\u00f3n de masa y tortilla.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Recalc\u00f3 que el principal riesgo que se corre con este tipo de comercios informales es que no hay certeza de que tengan procedimientos salubres para la elaboraci\u00f3n de la tortilla, por lo que hizo un llamado a las autoridades competentes ser m\u00e1s enf\u00e1ticas en acabar con estas pr\u00e1cticas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cYa hemos enviado oficios, acudido a pedir apoyo al gobierno estatal, pero no hay respuesta. Nosotros no pedimos que nos regalen nada. Solo pedimos la oportunidad que nos dejen trabajar como debe de ser y ganarnos el dinero como cualquier familia mexicana\u201d,
