Tras contar con la anuencia de las partes involucradas se realiz\u00f3 un procedimiento de juicio abreviado, donde J.F.Ch.Y. fue declarado penalmente responsable del delito de violencia familiar y sentenciado a dos a\u00f1os y nueve meses de prisi\u00f3n por los hechos ocurridos el mes de diciembre pasado en un predio de la localidad de Tixhualact\u00fan, comisar\u00eda de Peto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Cabe recordar que durante la etapa inicial, la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) realiz\u00f3 la indagatoria que permiti\u00f3 establecer que los hechos ocurrieron el nueve de diciembre del 2020, cuando el imputado lleg\u00f3 al domicilio que comparte con la denunciante en la citada localidad, donde le grit\u00f3 y realiz\u00f3 amenazas, por lo que la v\u00edctima solicit\u00f3 la presencia policiaca, logr\u00e1ndose la detenci\u00f3n del acusado y se inici\u00f3 la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n correspondiente, la cual deriv\u00f3 en la causa penal 52\/2020.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-69385 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/A-prision.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"602\" height=\"363\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Adem\u00e1s de la pena privativa de la libertad, el acusado fue sentenciado al pago de la reparaci\u00f3n del da\u00f1o de forma gen\u00e9rica, tiene prohibido acercarse a la v\u00edctima y al domicilio despu\u00e9s de compurgar la pena en prisi\u00f3n, recibi\u00f3 amonestaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica y se le suspendieron sus derechos de familia y pol\u00edticos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">En la audiencia celebrada en el Centro de Justicia Oral de Tekax, el Juez de Control del Tercer Distrito Judicial otorg\u00f3 el fallo condenatorio y se dispens\u00f3 la lectura de sentencia, por lo que las penas quedan en firme.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Los hechos ocurrieron en diciembre pasado cuando el
