de 2021.- Tras contar con la anuencia de las partes involucradas, C.I.S.O. fue encontrado penalmente responsable del delito de homicidio calificado y sentenciado a 20 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n por los hechos ocurridos el mes de octubre del a\u00f1o pasado en un predio del fraccionamiento Piedra de Agua de Um\u00e1n, donde perdi\u00f3 la vida un joven de identidad reservada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) aport\u00f3 los datos de prueba contenidos en la causa penal 63\/2020, donde se establece que los hechos ocurrieron el 28 de octubre, cuando el sentenciado, junto con otra persona que est\u00e1 siendo investigada, citaron al menor en un predio del fraccionamiento mencionado, donde sorprendieron a la v\u00edctima y sin darle oportunidad de defenderse lo privaron de la vida.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-69806 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/Piedra-de-Agua.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Durante la audiencia celebrada en el Centro de Justicia Oral de Um\u00e1n, el Juez Primero de Control del Cuarto Distrito Judicial sentenci\u00f3 al encausado a recibir amonestaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica, se le prohibi\u00f3 acercarse al domicilio de la denunciante por tres a\u00f1os m\u00e1s despu\u00e9s de compurgar la pena de prisi\u00f3n y se le sentenci\u00f3 al pago de la reparaci\u00f3n del da\u00f1o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Por \u00faltimo, se dispens\u00f3 la lectura y explicaci\u00f3n de la
