agosto de 2021.- El proceso contra F.P.R., F.R.H. y E.J.S.S., <span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #0000ff;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/balean-en-la-cabeza-a-un-hombre-en-tekax\/\">acusados de disparar un arma de fuego contra una persona<\/a><\/strong><\/span> en el municipio de Tekax, continu\u00f3 en el Juzgado Primero de Control, del Tercer Distrito Judicial, con la audiencia de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso en la que la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) aport\u00f3 los datos de prueba suficientes que se\u00f1alan su participaci\u00f3n en el delito de homicidio calificado cometido en grado de tentativa y en pandilla.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">El Juez de Control consider\u00f3 que la raz\u00f3n le asisti\u00f3 a los fiscales de litigaci\u00f3n, quienes lograron acreditar la posible participaci\u00f3n de los tres encausados en el ataque cometido contra J.L.S.A en un comercio de venta de hielo, ubicado en la colonia Padre Eterno, en donde fue lesionado con un arma de fuego.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-69897 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/TEKAX_BALEADO_CABEZA-1.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">El pasado 18 de agosto, los ahora vinculados habr\u00edan llegado a bordo de un veh\u00edculo tipo Jetta y, mientras uno de ellos esperaba en el automotor, los otros dos habr\u00edan ingresado al expendio para accionar el arma contra el denunciante.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Al ser trasladado a un hospital para su pronta atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica, el agraviado no perdi\u00f3 la vida, pero result\u00f3 con lesiones que la pusieron en peligro.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">La Fiscal\u00eda tendr\u00e1 cuatro meses para realizar las investigaciones complementarias, en tanto F.P.R., F.R.H. y E.J.S.S., permanecer\u00e1n bajo la medida cautelar
