{"id":70849,"date":"2021-09-02T16:15:20","date_gmt":"2021-09-02T21:15:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=70849"},"modified":"2021-09-02T16:24:03","modified_gmt":"2021-09-02T21:24:03","slug":"dieciseis-anos-de-carcel-por-abusar-de-una-menor-en-dzan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/dieciseis-anos-de-carcel-por-abusar-de-una-menor-en-dzan\/","title":{"rendered":"Diecis\u00e9is a\u00f1os de c\u00e1rcel por abusar de una menor en Dz\u00e1n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Dz\u00e1n, Yucat\u00e1n; 2 de septiembre de 2021.- Despu\u00e9s de contar con la anuencia de las partes involucradas, J.Ch.M. fue se\u00f1alado como penalmente responsable del delito de violaci\u00f3n equiparada agravada y sentenciado a 16 a\u00f1os, un mes y 15 d\u00edas de prisi\u00f3n en un procedimiento de juicio abreviado; por su participaci\u00f3n en los hechos ocurridos el a\u00f1o pasado en agravio de una menor de edad e identidad reservada, en la localidad de Dz\u00e1n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Tal como estableci\u00f3 la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) al presentar la acusaci\u00f3n oral, los hechos ocurrieron el pasado dos de noviembre del a\u00f1o 2020, en un predio de la citada localidad, donde el acusado hizo uso de la violencia f\u00edsica y moral para imponerle la c\u00f3pula a la v\u00edctima, por lo que se present\u00f3 la formal denuncia que deriv\u00f3 en la causa penal 48\/2020.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-70860 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Abuso-en-Dzan.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"337\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Durante la audiencia celebrada en el Centro de Justicia Oral de Tekax, se otorgaron las penas acordadas entre las partes intervinientes, por lo que el sentenciado, adem\u00e1s de cumplir con la pena de prisi\u00f3n, deber\u00e1 pagar 4875 d\u00edas multa, se le proh\u00edbe acercarse al lugar de los hechos y la v\u00edctima una vez compurgada la pena privativa de la libertad. Recibi\u00f3 amonestaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica en la misma diligencia judicial y se le suspendieron sus derechos pol\u00edticos, adem\u00e1s de negarle los beneficios de sustituci\u00f3n de sanciones.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Antes de concluir la audiencia, el Juez Primero de Control del Tercer Distrito Judicial cit\u00f3 a las partes para la lectura y explicaci\u00f3n de sentencia, pero las partes intervinientes estuvieron de acuerdo en prescindir de ella, por lo que qued\u00f3 en firme las penas
