{"id":71164,"date":"2021-09-07T16:12:29","date_gmt":"2021-09-07T21:12:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=71164"},"modified":"2021-09-07T16:12:29","modified_gmt":"2021-09-07T21:12:29","slug":"casi-3-anos-de-carcel-por-tocarse-frente-a-una-mujer-al-oriente-de-merida","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/casi-3-anos-de-carcel-por-tocarse-frente-a-una-mujer-al-oriente-de-merida\/","title":{"rendered":"Casi 3 a\u00f1os de c\u00e1rcel por tocarse frente a una mujer al oriente de M\u00e9rida"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">M\u00e9rida, Yucat\u00e1n; 7 de septiembre de 2021.- Tras contar con la anuencia de las partes involucradas, se realiz\u00f3 un procedimiento de juicio abreviado donde I.A.R.R. fue se\u00f1alado como penalmente responsable del delito de ultrajes a la moral p\u00fablica y a las buenas costumbres, por lo que fue sentenciado a dos a\u00f1os y nueve meses de prisi\u00f3n por los hechos ocurridos el pasado mes de abril en el fraccionamiento Del Parque de esta ciudad.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una vez autorizado el abreviado, la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) expuso los elementos de prueba que obran en la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n de la causa penal 87\/2021, donde se establece que el pasado nueve de abril, el acusado se encontraba sobre su motocicleta estacionada a un costado del parque recreativo del citado fraccionamiento, donde ejecut\u00f3 acciones de \u00edndole sexual, realiz\u00e1ndose tocamientos frente a la denunciante, quien solicit\u00f3 ayuda policiaca, logr\u00e1ndose la detenci\u00f3n del encausado.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-71165 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Tocamientos.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"337\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante la diligencia celebrada en el Centro de Justicia Oral de M\u00e9rida, la Juez Primera de Control, otorg\u00f3 el fallo condenatorio e impuso al sentenciado, adem\u00e1s de la pena de prisi\u00f3n, el pago de 70 d\u00edas de multa, realizar 70 d\u00edas de trabajo en beneficio de la comunidad, as\u00ed como al pago de la reparaci\u00f3n del da\u00f1o y la prohibici\u00f3n de acercarse a la v\u00edctima y su domicilio por tres a\u00f1os m\u00e1s, despu\u00e9s de compurgar la pena privativa de la libertad.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la audiencia se realiz\u00f3 la amonestaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica al encausado, adem\u00e1s de suspenderle sus derechos pol\u00edticos.
