septiembre de 2021.- Tras contar con la anuencia de las partes involucradas, J.F.Ch.S. fue se\u00f1alado penalmente responsable del delito de violaci\u00f3n equiparada agravada en un procedimiento de juicio abreviado, donde se le sentenci\u00f3 a 12 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n por su participaci\u00f3n en los hechos ocurridos el mes de octubre del a\u00f1o 2020 en Acanceh.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Una vez autorizado el procedimiento abreviado, la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) estableci\u00f3 que el 18 de octubre del a\u00f1o pasado, el acusado aprovech\u00f3 que se encontraba a solas con la menor, porque su madre hab\u00eda salido a realizar unas compras, por lo que, de acuerdo con la indagatoria realizada, el imputado agredi\u00f3 sexualmente a la v\u00edctima haciendo uso de la violencia f\u00edsica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-71224 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Encarcelado.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"602\" height=\"339\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">De acuerdo con la informaci\u00f3n reunida en la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n de la causa penal 81\/2020, el acusado ha aprovechado otras ocasiones para cometer el il\u00edcito en agravio de la menor, por lo que cansada de los hechos, coment\u00f3 lo sucedido a su mam\u00e1, quien present\u00f3 la formal denuncia que deriv\u00f3 en la presente diligencia judicial.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">La audiencia se celebr\u00f3 en el Centro de Justicia Oral de Kanas\u00edn, donde la Juez Primera de Control del Segundo Distrito Judicial valor\u00f3 los elementos y datos de prueba presentados por los fiscales de litigaci\u00f3n y otorg\u00f3 el fallo condenatorio, adem\u00e1s de otorgar la pena
