{"id":71558,"date":"2021-09-13T14:25:37","date_gmt":"2021-09-13T19:25:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=71558"},"modified":"2021-09-13T14:25:37","modified_gmt":"2021-09-13T19:25:37","slug":"vinculan-a-campechano-por-abusar-de-una-menor-en-kanasin","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/vinculan-a-campechano-por-abusar-de-una-menor-en-kanasin\/","title":{"rendered":"Vinculan a campechano por abusar de una menor en Kanas\u00edn"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kanas\u00edn, Yucat\u00e1n; 13 de septiembre de 2021.- La titular del Juzgado Primero de Control del Segundo Distrito Judicial del sistema penal acusatorio y oral con sede en Kanas\u00edn, Mariza Virginia Polanco Sabido, resolvi\u00f3 vincular a una persona a proceso penal por el <span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #0000ff;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/cae-depravado-sujeto-por-abusar-de-una-menor-en-kanasin\/\">delito de violaci\u00f3n equiparada agravada<\/a><\/strong><\/span>, por hechos ocurridos en la poblaci\u00f3n de San Pedro Noh Pat, Kanas\u00edn.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-71316 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Detenido-por-violacion.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"604\" height=\"340\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lo anterior luego de que la juzgadora consider\u00f3 que se cumplieron los requisitos que exigen el C\u00f3digo Nacional de Procedimientos Penales en su art\u00edculo 316 y la Constituci\u00f3n Federal (Art. 19), para dictar un auto de vinculaci\u00f3n, con lo cual la Fiscal\u00eda Estatal podr\u00e1 continuar el proceso penal al detenido, por los hechos motivo de la imputaci\u00f3n que son los siguientes:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cQue el pasado 3 de septiembre del presente a\u00f1o, aprovechando que se encontraba sola con la menor en un predio, el hoy imputado, bajo amenazas, la agredi\u00f3 sexualmente\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Jueza de Control Polanco Sabido accedi\u00f3 otorgar a los fiscales el plazo de 3 meses para continuar con la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria del caso.
