#000000;\">M\u00e9rida, Yucat\u00e1n; 15 de septiembre de 2021.- Para que el megaproyecto que el Gobierno Federal est\u00e1 llevando a cabo con la construcci\u00f3n del Tren Maya se desarrolle de forma exitosa, sea redituable y que adem\u00e1s contribuya al desarrollo de la regi\u00f3n, pero primordialmente de las comunidades por donde pasar\u00e1 este, se requiere de un plan integral que contemple temas como el de las energ\u00edas y el acompa\u00f1amiento de los pueblos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Durante su participaci\u00f3n en el Congreso Nacional del Tren Maya realizado en la C\u00e1mara de Comercio de M\u00e9rida, el senador yucateco, Jorge Carlos Ram\u00edrez Mar\u00edn, manifest\u00f3 que el proyecto del Tren Maya deber\u00eda dinamizar y crear nuevas oportunidades para el estado y la pen\u00ednsula.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-71803 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/TREN-MAYA-JCRM-2jpeg-scaled.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"653\" height=\"436\" srcset=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/TREN-MAYA-JCRM-2jpeg-scaled.jpeg 768w, style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cEl tren maya es una excelente idea, pero no es una varita m\u00e1gica; no resolver\u00e1 el tema de la econom\u00eda ni siquiera la de Yucat\u00e1n, porque para una generaci\u00f3n contin\u00faa de empleos necesitas dos cosas: energ\u00eda barata y apoyo a los sectores que se van a beneficiar del tren\u201d, indic\u00f3 el legislador yucateco.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Este proyecto ferroviario debe estar acompa\u00f1ado de programas que refuercen las vocaciones de cada regi\u00f3n, sac\u00e1ndole el m\u00e1ximo provecho a los atractivos tanto naturales como culturales y generando bienestar en los pobladores desde sus lugares de origen, opin\u00f3 en su intervenci\u00f3n el legislador por Yucat\u00e1n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Agreg\u00f3 que es importante que las autoridades sean cuidadosas en el tema del pago de tierras por derecho de v\u00edas a los pobladores, para evitar que intermediarios se queden con su patrimonio, as\u00ed como garantizar un pago justo por las mismas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-71804 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/TREN-MAYA-JCRM-scaled.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"617\" height=\"420\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cHay quejas de que se est\u00e1n pagando precios muy bajos por las tierras as\u00ed como poca transparencia al momento de realizar los pagos, hay que asegurarse que el dinero llegue a las comunidades y no se quede con intermediarios\u201d, agreg\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ram\u00edrez Mar\u00edn record\u00f3 que la obra se est\u00e1 costeando con recursos del Gobierno Federal en su totalidad, por lo que hizo hincapi\u00e9 en que cada retraso o cambio generado al mismo modifica sus costos y tiene un impacto en el presupuesto del mismo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cEs una obra que se est\u00e1 haciendo con dinero de los contribuyentes, nuestra principal preocupaci\u00f3n debe ser que se termine y que entre en funciones y que cumpla con los objetivos planteados para la obra\u201d, enfatiz\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Por \u00faltimo, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que para exponenciar los efectos positivos del Tren Maya, este deber\u00eda tener una importante vocaci\u00f3n de carga, aprovechando la ubicaci\u00f3n geogr\u00e1fica privilegiada de Yucat\u00e1n, por lo que al conectarse con el tren al centro y norte, permitir\u00eda detonar la industria en la zona.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En
