reuni\u00f3n que se llev\u00f3 a cabo en un conocido local de este municipio, el ejidatario Jos\u00e9 Vargas Moguel denunci\u00f3 que la visitadora agraria Diana Uscanga junto con el comisario Rufino L\u00f3pez Pech realizan actas para favorecer la venta de bienes ejidales al proyecto del Tren Maya sin el consentimiento de 1015 campesinos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El pasado 12 de septiembre se realiz\u00f3 la primera asamblea en el que se falsificaron firmas con tal de emitir la segunda convocatoria en el que presuntamente se tratar\u00e1 el precio por hect\u00e1rea.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-72097 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Ejido-Cacalchen.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los representantes del Fonatur no han informado sobre la cantidad de superficie que se afectar\u00e1 y mucho menos el dinero que se destinar\u00e1 para la indemnizaci\u00f3n a los ejidatarios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vargas Moguel tambi\u00e9n present\u00f3 documentaci\u00f3n relacionada con el reclamo del presidente del comisariado, Rufino L\u00f3pez Pech, a las empresas Bari Internacional y la constructora Azvindi por los da\u00f1os a albarradas de las parcelas 160 y 147 y uso de caminos para la transportaci\u00f3n de material blanco por un monto de 234 mil pesos.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-72098 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Ejido-Cacalchen1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"602\" height=\"339\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seg\u00fan el demandante dicha cantidad de dinero que recibi\u00f3 la autoridad ejidal no ha sido informada a los miembros del ejido ni tampoco c\u00f3mo se distribuir\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si es necesario tendremos que enviar una comisi\u00f3n a la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico para denunciar ante el mismo presidente de la rep\u00fablica de c\u00f3mo act\u00faan los funcionarios de
