p\u00fablico, Fernando Vales Tenreiro, asegur\u00f3 que no est\u00e1 registrado al \u201cEsquema de inscripci\u00f3n en el RFC a trav\u00e9s del fedatario p\u00fablico por medios remotos\u201d del Sistema de Administraci\u00f3n Tributaria (SAT).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cNunca he estado inscrito al sistema electr\u00f3nico de alta de personas o sociedades en el registro federal de contribuyentes del SAT\u201d se\u00f1al\u00f3 en un correo electr\u00f3nico enviado a la redacci\u00f3n de Reporteros Hoy.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-72463\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/LISTA-16-NOTARIOS_SAT-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"768\" height=\"390\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El abogado manifest\u00f3 su inconformidad al ser mencionado en la nota informativa que dimos a conocer ayer sobre un listado que difundi\u00f3 la dependencia federal a trav\u00e9s de su p\u00e1gina web y redes sociales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sin embargo, Vales Tenreiro s\u00ed aparece en la lista de fedatarios p\u00fablicos que incurren en alguna causal de cancelaci\u00f3n del mencionado esquema, conforme a la regla 2.5.25 de la RMF.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/omawww.sat.gob.mx\/documentossat\/Documents\/Listado_Fedatarios21092021.pdf\">http:\/\/omawww.sat.gob.mx\/documentossat\/Documents\/Listado_Fedatarios21092021.pdf<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Como tambi\u00e9n informamos, el presidente del Consejo de Notarios del Estado Yucat\u00e1n, H\u00e9ctor Victoria Maldonado, precis\u00f3 que la informaci\u00f3n difundida por el SAT es sobre fedatarios que no continuar\u00e1n en el programa de inscripci\u00f3n en el RFC por medios remotos y no porque hayan sido sancionados por casos de empresas
