de 2021.- Acusado de los delitos de homicidio, lesiones y lesiones que ponen en peligro la vida, todos cometidos por culpa, la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) formul\u00f3 la imputaci\u00f3n a B.A.T. por los hechos ocurridos el pasado 13 de septiembre en calles del fraccionamiento San Jos\u00e9 de Kanas\u00edn, donde perdi\u00f3 la vida un menor y resultaron lesionados su padre y hermana en un accidente vial.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Tras la denuncia interpuesta se integr\u00f3 la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n, donde se establece que los hechos ocurrieron cuando el imputado circulaba a bordo de su veh\u00edculo automotor sobre una calle de un \u00fanico sentido en el citado fraccionamiento, donde golpe\u00f3 por alcance un triciclo que le anteced\u00eda y provoc\u00f3 la muerte del menor de seis a\u00f1os a causa de un traumatismo craneoencef\u00e1lico, as\u00ed como diversas lesiones a su hermana de ocho a\u00f1os y su padre, adem\u00e1s de da\u00f1os en ambos veh\u00edculos, datos que se integraron en la carpeta correspondiente, la cual deriv\u00f3 en la causa penal 64\/2021.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-61916 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/juez-juicio-3.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"599\" height=\"399\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">En la audiencia realizada en el Centro de Justicia Oral de Kanas\u00edn, los fiscales de litigaci\u00f3n formularon la imputaci\u00f3n de los delitos y presentaron los datos de prueba para pedir se resolviera la situaci\u00f3n legal del imputado, quien solicit\u00f3 la ampliaci\u00f3n del t\u00e9rmino constitucional para definir su condici\u00f3n jur\u00eddica, por lo que la Juez de control del Segundo Distrito estableci\u00f3 que la audiencia se contin\u00fae el pr\u00f3ximo primero de octubre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Por \u00faltimo, los fiscales de litigaci\u00f3n expusieron los argumentos para solicitar la imposici\u00f3n de medidas cautelares, por lo que la Juez de Control, tras valorarlos, estableci\u00f3 que el imputado tiene que presentar una garant\u00eda econ\u00f3mica, tiene prohibido salir del Estado sin autorizaci\u00f3n judicial y deber\u00e1 someterse al cuidado y vigilancia del Centro Estatal de Medidas Cautelares, todas se mantendr\u00e1n vigentes durante el resto del
