de septiembre de 2021.- La Jueza de Control del Primer Distrito Judicial del Sistema Penal Acusatorio y Oral, Blanca Beatriz Bonilla Gonz\u00e1lez, resolvi\u00f3 hoy en audiencia vincular a proceso penal a\u00a0un hombre imputado por el delito de homicidio calificado de un esot\u00e9rico cometido en M\u00e9rida.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Lo anterior luego de que la juzgadora consider\u00f3 que se cumplieron los requisitos que exigen el C\u00f3digo Nacional de Procedimientos Penales en su art\u00edculo 316 y la Constituci\u00f3n Federal (Art. 19), para dictar un auto de vinculaci\u00f3n, con lo cual la Fiscal\u00eda Estatal podr\u00e1 continuar el proceso penal al detenido, por los hechos motivo de la imputaci\u00f3n que son los siguientes:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-73024 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/ESOTERICO-1-scaled.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"656\" height=\"492\" \/> <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cQue entre las 10:25 y 10:45 horas del d\u00eda 5 de junio de 2021, el hoy imputado, en compa\u00f1\u00eda de otra persona, at\u00f3 de pies y manos a dos personas, entre ellas la hoy v\u00edctima de los hechos, a quien priv\u00f3 de la vida mediante asfixia mec\u00e1nica por estrangulamiento a lazo, seg\u00fan peritaje m\u00e9dico\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-73025 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/ESOTERICO-2.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"602\" height=\"379\" \/><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La Jueza de Control concedi\u00f3 a los fiscales el plazo solicitado de cuatro meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria del caso. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Asimismo, ratific\u00f3 para el imputado la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa por todo el tiempo que dure
