E. R. El alcalde Ren\u00e1n Barrera Concha pidi\u00f3 paciencia a la familia afectada y coment\u00f3 que las autoridades municipales han aportado la informaci\u00f3n solicitada por las autoridades para dirimir las condiciones este presunto crimen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"\">El Primer edil destac\u00f3 que ser\u00e1n las autoridades judiciales las que emitan los resultados correspondientes para tomar decisiones y asignar responsabilidades de quienes resulten culpables. La autoridad municipal est\u00e1 en contacto permanente con las dos entidades investigadoras para aportar la informaci\u00f3n que se requiera sobre el caso.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-51742 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/PIBES_HANAL-PIXAN_MUERTOS-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"337\" \/><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Pr\u00f3ximos eventos no ser\u00e1n presenciales<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"\">Sobre otros temas, Barrera Concha inform\u00f3 que, debido a las condiciones sanitarias por efectos de la pandemia, la autoridad ha determinado cancelar eventos presenciales como el Paseo de las \u00c1nimas, en las celebraciones del Hanal Pix\u00e1n y el carnaval 2022 han sido cancelados para mantener las condiciones de salud exigidas por las autoridades sanitarias.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"\">En el caso del Paseo de las \u00c1nimas se ha previsto que el evento se realice de manera virtual, ya que, esta actividad organizada por el municipio reuni\u00f3 en 2019 a cerca de 60 mil personas, lo que implicar\u00eda un riesgo muy alto para la poblaci\u00f3n debido a las condiciones de la emergencia sanitaria.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-72655 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/paso-deprimido-2-scaled.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"598\" height=\"380\" \/><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Trabajos en Paso Deprimido concluyen en noviembre<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"\">Sobre el paso a desnivel de la prolongaci\u00f3n de Paseo Montejo, expuso que, debido a las lluvias no se hab\u00eda podido avanzar r\u00e1pidamente, pero marc\u00f3 las fechas entre 27 y 30 de noviembre para su entrega y puesta en operaci\u00f3n, lo que permitir\u00e1 reactivarse esta v\u00eda que ha estado cerrada por m\u00e1s de un a\u00f1o.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Embargo era improcedente<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"\">De la misma forma, sobre el tema del presunto embargo a las cuestas municipales por parte de una instituci\u00f3n bancaria recalc\u00f3 que, fue una condici\u00f3n medi\u00e1tica fundamentalmente, porque de inicio es imposible embargar los bienes del municipio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"\">De acuerdo con el ordenamiento legal y tras dirimirlo con la autoridad judicial se concret\u00f3 que, el embargo era improcedente, por lo que se avanza en un dialogo con el banco en el proceso del pago del laudo del juicio y los t\u00e9rminos que deben de establecerse para su
