vulnerable de\u00a0Corea del Norte\u00a0est\u00e1 \u00aben\u00a0riesgo\u00a0de\u00a0hambruna\u00bb ante el\u00a0deterioro econ\u00f3mico\u00a0por el\u00a0bloqueo\u00a0que impuso el pa\u00eds contra el\u00a0coronavirus\u00a0y las\u00a0sanciones internacionales\u00a0por su\u00a0programa nuclear, advirti\u00f3 este mi\u00e9rcoles el\u00a0informe\u00a0de un especialista de la\u00a0ONU.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La empobrecida naci\u00f3n impuso un r\u00edgido\u00a0bloqueo\u00a0a inicios del a\u00f1o pasado para protegerse de la\u00a0pandemia, lo que debilit\u00f3 bal\u00edstico, que han avanzado r\u00e1pidamente bajo el gobierno de Kim.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-73862 aligncenter\" justify;\"><strong>Relajar sanciones<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Quintana se\u00f1al\u00f3 que tales restricciones deben ser aliviadas para proteger a los m\u00e1s vulnerables del pa\u00eds ante la severa escasez alimentaria.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abLos ni\u00f1os y ancianos m\u00e1s vulnerables est\u00e1n en riesgo de una hambruna\u00bb, agreg\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El documento se conoci\u00f3 tres meses despu\u00e9s de que la Organizaci\u00f3n de las Naciones Unidas para la Agricultura y la Alimentaci\u00f3n (FAO) dijo que Corea del Norte enfrenta una carencia de alrededor de 860 mil toneladas de alimento este a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abLas sanciones impuestas por el Consejo de Seguridad de la ONU deben ser revisadas y aliviadas cuando sea
