{"id":74270,"date":"2021-10-19T17:06:27","date_gmt":"2021-10-19T22:06:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=74270"},"modified":"2021-10-19T17:06:27","modified_gmt":"2021-10-19T22:06:27","slug":"procesaran-a-sujeto-por-violar-a-su-hija-en-halacho","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/procesaran-a-sujeto-por-violar-a-su-hija-en-halacho\/","title":{"rendered":"Procesar\u00e1n a sujeto por violar a su hija en Halach\u00f3"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Halach\u00f3, Yucat\u00e1n; 19 de octubre de 2021.- Acusado de los delitos de violaci\u00f3n equiparada y abuso sexual, ambos agravados, C.G.M.Y. fue vinculado a proceso tras valorarse los datos de prueba presentados por la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE), denunciados por los hechos ocurridos en la localidad de Cuch-Holoch, Halach\u00f3, en agravio de su hija menor de edad e identidad reservada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">En la audiencia inicial los fiscales de litigaci\u00f3n establecieron que en junio del a\u00f1o 2015, el imputado realiz\u00f3 tocamientos lascivos en agravio de la menor, acciones que se repitieron varias veces m\u00e1s aprovechando la confianza depositada en \u00e9l, al ser el padre de la menor. Adem\u00e1s lleg\u00f3 a imponerle la c\u00f3pula en varias ocasiones durante el mismo periodo de tiempo, por lo que se present\u00f3 la denuncia correspondiente, la cual deriv\u00f3 en la causa penal 52\/2021.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-62409 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Carcel.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">En la diligencia realizada en el Centro de Justicia Oral de Um\u00e1n, el Juez de Control valor\u00f3 los datos de prueba presentados por esta representaci\u00f3n, mismos que al ser analizados, permitieron al juzgador decretar el auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso y otorgar un plazo de tres meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Antes de finalizar la diligencia judicial, se analiz\u00f3 y ratific\u00f3 la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa otorgada en la audiencia inicial, por lo que el acusado continuar\u00e1 privado de su libertad hasta
