Trevi promueve un amparo para evitar su arresto"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ciudad de M\u00e9xico; 20 de octubre de 2021 (Proceso).- Gloria Trevi promovi\u00f3 un amparo en el Juzgado Octavo de Distrito de Amparo en Materia Penal de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, contra actos privativos de la libertad o cualquier orden de aprehensi\u00f3n y su ejecuci\u00f3n que haya librado alg\u00fan juez de control a petici\u00f3n de la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica (FGR).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El pasado 28 de septiembre la cantante solicit\u00f3 la protecci\u00f3n de la justicia federal contra cualquier orden de arresto que haya emitido alguno de los Cinco Jueces de Distrito Especializados en el Sistema Penal Acusatorio en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, con sede en el Reclusorio Preventivo Varonil Norte.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sin embargo, la juez Luz Mar\u00eda Ortega Tlapa a\u00fan no la admite a tr\u00e1mite ya que orden\u00f3 a la cantante se\u00f1alar bajo protesta de decir verdad cu\u00e1l es el acto reclamado, autoridades a quienes se lo atribuye y los antecedentes del mismo, es decir, que aclare los actos que reclama.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-74322 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Gloria-Trevi.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"337\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gloria Trevi es acusada por la Unidad de Inteligencia Financiera (UIF), por presunta evasi\u00f3n fiscal de m\u00e1s de 400 millones de pesos y operaciones con recursos de procedencia il\u00edcita.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La denuncia se present\u00f3 ante la Oficial\u00eda de Partes de la FGR el pasado 8 de septiembre, al considerar que las empresas que ambos poseen y que tienen su sede en Texas, Estados Unidos, son utilizadas para evadir el pago de impuestos en territorio nacional, entre ellas Great Tallent LLC, registrada el 23 de junio de 2005.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la querella se menciona que entre las transferencias por las que no se habr\u00edan pagado impuestos se encuentra una por m\u00e1s de siete millones de pesos, que sirvi\u00f3 para detectar operaciones inusuales por parte de la cantante y su
