{"id":74665,"date":"2021-10-26T14:10:25","date_gmt":"2021-10-26T19:10:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=74665"},"modified":"2021-10-26T14:10:25","modified_gmt":"2021-10-26T19:10:25","slug":"a-proceso-por-incumplir-con-la-manutencion-de-su-hijo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/a-proceso-por-incumplir-con-la-manutencion-de-su-hijo\/","title":{"rendered":"A proceso por incumplir con la manutenci\u00f3n de su hijo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">M\u00e9rida, Yucat\u00e1n; 26 de octubre de 2021.- Por el delito de incumplimiento de obligaciones de asistencia familiar, la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) vincul\u00f3 a proceso a S.J.A.H.C., denunciado por no cumplir con la manutenci\u00f3n de su hijo menor de edad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Tras la denuncia interpuesta, la investigaci\u00f3n realizada por los especialistas de la Fiscal\u00eda estableci\u00f3 que previo a contraer matrimonio el encausado y la denunciante vivieron en uni\u00f3n libre y procrearon a un hijo de identidad reservada. Posteriormente, el imputado promovi\u00f3 un procedimiento de divorcio y en 2016 un Juez de lo Familiar lo conden\u00f3 a pagar la cantidad de dos mil 500 mensual por concepto de pensi\u00f3n alimenticia a favor del menor, pago que sin justificaci\u00f3n dej\u00f3 de cumplir desde marzo de 2017, por lo que se interpuso la denuncia correspondiente que deriv\u00f3 en la causa penal 219\/2021.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-74666 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Manutencion.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">En la audiencia celebrada en el Centro de Justicia Oral de M\u00e9rida, los fiscales de litigaci\u00f3n formularon la imputaci\u00f3n del delito, para despu\u00e9s exponer los datos de prueba y solicitar se resolviera la situaci\u00f3n legal del encausado, quien estuvo de acuerdo en definir su situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica durante la presente audiencia, por lo que el Juez Primero de Control decret\u00f3 el citado auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso y otorg\u00f3 adem\u00e1s un plazo de dos meses para el cierre de investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Por \u00faltimo, antes de concluir la audiencia, los fiscales de investigaci\u00f3n expusieron los argumentos para solicitar la medida cautelar que incluye la prohibici\u00f3n de salir del Estado y cada mes acudir a firmar ante el Centro Estatal de Medidas Cautelares, medidas que estar\u00e1n vigentes por todo el tiempo que dure el proceso.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La FGE vincul\u00f3
