Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) formul\u00f3 la imputaci\u00f3n a A.M.T. por los delitos de violencia familiar y violaci\u00f3n de las medidas de protecci\u00f3n, denunciados tras los hechos ocurridos en d\u00edas pasados en la colonia La Ermita de la ciudad de Oxkutzcab, donde ingres\u00f3 al predio donde que habita su ex pareja sentimental.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Una vez presentada la denuncia correspondiente, los especialistas de la Fiscal\u00eda iniciaron la integraci\u00f3n de la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n, misma que deriv\u00f3 en la causa penal 83\/2021, donde se establece que el pasado 30 de octubre el imputado se present\u00f3 en el predio habitado por su ex pareja sentimental, donde da\u00f1\u00f3 la puerta trasera para ingresar a la casa, donde agredi\u00f3 f\u00edsica, verbal y psicol\u00f3gicamente a la v\u00edctima, quien d\u00edas antes hab\u00edan obtenido una orden de protecci\u00f3n para evitar que el imputado se acercara a ella, por lo que por temor al acusado, es que pide ayuda por tel\u00e9fono, logr\u00e1ndose la detenci\u00f3n del encausado, quien fue trasladado a la Fiscal\u00eda para el inicio de la indagatoria.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-74252 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Violencia-mujeres.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"598\" height=\"337\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Durante la audiencia celebrada en el Centro de Justicia Oral de Tekax, los fiscales de litigaci\u00f3n formularon la imputaci\u00f3n de los delitos y presentaron los datos de prueba para pedir se resolviera la situaci\u00f3n legal del acusado, quien solicit\u00f3 la ampliaci\u00f3n del t\u00e9rmino constitucional para definir su situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica, por lo que el Juez de Control del Tercer Distrito Judicial estableci\u00f3 que la audiencia se reanude el pr\u00f3ximo cinco de noviembre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Por \u00faltimo, esta representaci\u00f3n social expuso los argumentos para respaldar la solicitud de la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada, misma que fue concedida por el Juez de Control por todo el tiempo que dure el proceso, por lo que el imputado permanecer\u00e1 privado de su libertad hasta esclarecer los hechos
