deterioro que existe en el edificio que alberga al poder legislativo, el cual apenas tiene seis a\u00f1os de haberse inaugurado, el presidente de la Junta de Gobierno y Coordinaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Congreso Local, V\u00edctor Hugo Lozano Poveda, indic\u00f3 que hasta el momento no hay una fecha para que el inmueble pueda ser reparado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El legislador panista coment\u00f3 que la falta de mantenimiento en el edificio es evidente, pues en temporadas de lluvias el agua que cae en el octavo piso se llega a filtrar hasta el segundo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Reconoci\u00f3 que d\u00edas atr\u00e1s funcionarios del gobierno estatal acudieron a revisar el inmueble, por lo que espera que al a brevedad posible se pueda emitir un dictamen sobre el estado real del edificio.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-75281 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Congreso-local.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"337\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cYa se ha hecho una revisi\u00f3n exhaustiva, estamos en pl\u00e1ticas para poder proceder a un dictamen y as\u00ed ya puedan venir a hacer los trabajos de mantenimiento, es evidente que el edificio necesita ese mantenimiento\u201d, apunt\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Rechaz\u00f3 calificar si hubo deficiencias en la construcci\u00f3n del inmueble, sin embargo, acept\u00f3 que es urgente que se realicen los trabajos, aunque no precis\u00f3 una fecha.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cNo soy perito, en cuestiones de mantenimiento es evidente que el edificio tiene problemas, no se estructuralmente, pero a la vista ustedes pueden ver el pleno, algunas de las salas del edificio y tienen un deterioro importante, ustedes han sido testigos de que cuando hay lluvia y se encuentran aqu\u00ed en alguna actividad, ya sea en esta o en la anterior legislatura, es evidente que tiene filtraciones de un piso 8, cae agua al dos y al s\u00f3tano\u201d,
